If you like Stardew Valley, Story of Seasons and Rune Factory might be in your line of interest.
On Switch I highly recommended Rune Factory 4 Special. But if you don’t like the RPG elements, I would recommend the Doraemon Story or Seasons games or Friends of Mineral Town.(I haven’t played the latter one, But the original was my favorite game of all time)
