I Played YOUR Custom Characters In The New DLC [Castle Crashers]
So, in the new Painter Boss Paradise DLC, people can upload and create their own custom characters. So, in this video, I’ll be playing some of your guys’ characters and some other custom guys that I found on the Steam Workshop. All right, the first character I’ll be going over is the groom. Now, I like how the groom has like little bites taken out of his hat. Ooh. Okay, it looks like we got one of the lasers from the piano room as our weapon. So, that’s pretty cool. And of course, his weapon is the pencil. And he also has dark magic, which is pretty accurate since the groom does have dark magic. I mean, he has bombs, too, but you wouldn’t be able to fit that all on one character. The next character I’ll be going over is the soul. Now, I have no idea what this guy is, but from the looks of it, I bet he has fire magic. And the weapon looks pretty similar to the gold school mace. Okay, we’re doing a lot of damage with our heavy magic. And as you can see, I guess it it was fire magic. How did that arrow go through the barbarian? Did you guys see that? I’m pretty sure that’s not how physics work. Castle Crashers. All right, the next character I’ll be playing is Springtrap. And as you can see, he replaces the red knight, so I can actually play some good levels for once. Ooh. Okay, this is new. I haven’t seen the paintbrush here. And I guess it just lets you remove your weapon. Okay, so I know this isn’t the best weapon, but I have to use it. Okay, just look at that. Now, this is the perfect level for spring trap. Okay, so he replaces the red knight, but for some reason has poison magic. Okay, I probably should have picked a better level to go to since these guys don’t take poison damage. Okay, this should be better for spring trap. Okay, I really like how Spring Trap’s like shielding animation makes him open his mouth. And you can kind of see his like red face just a teeny bit. You can also see it a bit in his character sprite. Okay, can we just die, please? Oh my god, I need to destroy the snow forts. They’re actually like making me annoyed. Now, let’s test out the cone head. And I bet you can see why I picked this guy. Okay, so it looks like the weapon of choice is a crowbar. And as you can see, our actual weapon is the pencil. Wait, what happened to my health? Do I like take more damage or something? How did that even happen? But anyways, it also looks like we’re using Paint Junior’s magic with the cone head. Okay, please blow up. I’m still pretty confused on how I’m at like half health. I swear to God, something is something’s not adding up. Okay. All right. Let’s see if the Grey Knight can take out the last three barbarians. Come on, Grey Knight. You can do this. Okay, there we go. He took out one. And okay, I see you, Grey Knight. I am one singular gold off from being able to buy this. That hurts. So, I haven’t actually checked out the arena since the DLC came out. And I doubt that anything’s changed, but I just need to beat it. Okay. Okay. I don’t know if my paintings are going to be Actually, the paintings might be really good in the arena cuz there’s so many enemies. Okay. Yeah, this is kind of a strat. I mean, I could juggle them, but this is more fun. Okay, it doesn’t look like it’s working out that well. As you can see, this guy still has the old texture, so I guess the behemoth didn’t bother changing all the characters, you know, which is okay. I mean, it doesn’t really change a lot, but I feel like that would have been a nice touch if they had done that. I lowkey forgot how fast the barbarians get in the arena, and somehow I’m already at half health, which is not a great sign. [Music] Ow. [Music] Okay, I forget exactly how many barbarians are spawned. I think it’s like 10. Actually, it might be more than that. I lowkey haven’t played the arenas in so long. Please be the last guy. Okay, apparently not. But I think we’re getting very close to the end. [Music] Okay, finally. That felt like it was longer than it should have been. Now, the next guy I’ll be testing out is the clown princess, who obviously replaces the pink knight. Okay, I need to see what the the princess looks like in beefy form. Okay. Uh YouTube, don’t uh don’t take this video down. Okay. Thank you, Pazo, for letting me know about the dig spot. [Music] Okay, I could lowkey just run through this whole thing. Oh my god, this poor fencer just got hit with every single rainbow. All right, come here, brute. Let’s go. Even despite being like level 96, the brute still is like really strong. Okay, let’s just take care of the machines real quick. [Music] And just a couple more hits should do it. There we go. God, there’s so many explosions going on. All right, the next character on the list is Master Chief. Okay, this guy looks pretty sick. Okay, so it looks like we got some arrow rain with Master Chief. And I’m already guessing that he has the pencil as his weapon. So, let’s check that out. Yeah. Okay. Of course, he does now. I like how cool the energy sword and the energy shield look. Now, I know these characters can’t have custom magic, but like what would someone like Master Chief even have as his magic? Why are you shooting that way? What is this guy doing? Let’s go. Level three, baby. All right, war machine time. Let’s go. Okay, hopefully I can just kill him here. That would be very convenient. Oh my god. Okay, apparently not. There we go. [Music] All right, let’s see how Master Chief does against the boss. And as per usual, looks like the barbarian boss is taking a beating. Oh my god, he just hit his own guy. All right, just a few more hits should be good. I think just one more. There we go. Master Chief, I didn’t know you were like that. The last character I’ll be checking out is Cheeit. God, that is cursed. Okay, so our weapon of choice is Cheeit snapped. And it also looks like we have Dr. Pepper for the shield. I was lowkey expecting the Cheeit to have like fire magic, but hey, I’ll take some healing magic. Okay, at some point I have to make my own custom character. I think in the future I will do a video where I make mine for the first time. So, if you have any ideas of who I should make, let me know down in the comments. But don’t make it too complicated because I already know it’s going to be bad. Wait, can I heal the other Grey Knight? I don’t think I can, but I will try. You know what?
