This DLC turns Metro Last Light into a completely different game. The Cashatria mission throws you into the Great Library area and sends you out to scavenge for valuable items all around the map. After each trip, you come back to base to restock, upgrade gear, and save your progress. With each following trip, you’re able to explore further and unlock shortcuts to make the path easier to travel through. The change in gameplay loot compared to the main game was a very pleasant surprise. It was really rewarding to buy gear upgrades from collecting items while exploring in the progression of being able to explore further and further into the map.
