Takashi Iizuka REVEALS Sega’s Plans For The LAST DLC Characters In Sonic Racing Crossworlds
All right, everybody. Welcome back to Around the Clock Sega news. And man, this is very exciting. Tekashi Isizuka, head of the Sonic team, has revealed Sega’s plans for the last remaining DLC characters within Sonic Racing Crossworlds. Now, I initially got this info from my Nintendo.com. As you can see here in this article, God says, “Free Sonic Racing Crossworlds DLC to focus on Sega’s back catalog.” Now, they got their info from forgamer.net and it was translated. And it says here, and this comes from Mr. is directly. The already announced Hassune Miku, Kazuka Ichiban, and Joker are three characters who are currently active at the forefront of Sega games, so we decided to deliver them first. For characters after that, we’re thinking of selecting from Sega’s legendary characters similar to those in Sonic and Sega Allstars Racing. We hope you’ll look forward to what’s coming each month. So, they will have it. And yes, this is very exciting. According to Mr. Isa, the remaining nine characters in Sega’s free DLC road map, as you can see in your screens here, will be based on classic Sega characters. Now, according to Sega, as you can see here, each free content drop will include a new playable character, one new vehicle, emotes, and sounds, and each character will have their own festival. Along with this, as you can see here, and this was leaked before the game dropped, you see that Knights DLC will be added as a free DLC character. We don’t know exactly when and where they will be in the game, you know, as far as the release date or anything like that. But we know that nice DLC will be a part of the game. So that actually leaves us with eight remaining DLC slots. And according to Mr. Isiza, these will be classic Sega characters. So this could be Joe Mousashi from Shinobi. These could be characters from Jetet Radio, Crazy Taxi, Comic Zone. I mean, the options are really, really insane right now on what they could have in the game. And all we can do is wait and see, you know, what Sega announces officially. But man, to hear that they’re going with classic DLC characters and these characters will be released all throughout next year as well. Yes, this is hype. So, hey man, I’m excited for this right now. And hey, I can only speak for myself. And I also have the internet to back me up as well. This game right now, Sonic Racing Crossroads, is my cart racing game of 2025, man.
