EVERYTHING You Need To Know About The Minecraft DLC In Sonic Racing CrossWorlds!
The first festival and DLC has an official release date for Sonic Racing Crossworlds, and that is none other than the Minecraft DLC. Now, Sega has officially confirmed that the Minecraft DLC will be coming on October 8th. Now, the day that this is being upload, that is officially tomorrow or tonight. While it hasn’t been officially confirmed by Sega or anybody yet, it is pretty expected to be released at midnight. So, if you’re looking to play this as soon as possible, I would try to get onto the game at 12:00 a.m. EST, where from there you should be able to unlock Steve, Alex, and Creeper as a playable character alongside the minecart as an available vehicle. And we also have Minecraft World coming as a playable stage. Now, it’s going to be a bunch of fun to be able to play a brand new stage in the game, but also having this added to the mix online. But, this is also coming one day before its themed festival. Now, we just got done with the Hatsuni Miku event that is going to be very similar. is just going to be themed and the rewards are going to be a little bit different where it’s going to end up most likely being very similar. We’re going to have three teams of four playing Tap Boost, Ring Grab, and Air Tricks. And this festival is going to run from October 9th, 8:00 p.m. EST. And this lasts until October 12th. Now, I know a bunch of people are getting that confused because Sega originally tweeted that it’s only running until October 11th, but below that post, they actually said that they lied and it’s going till October 12th and to enjoy the free extra day. Another really cool thing that a lot of people have been asking is that you do not need the season pass to participate in the festival and get the rewards. Now, Miku is obviously a free character and everybody was able to receive the character for free. And the same goes for her events and the likes of the stickers and also the horn that came along with it and the titles. Now, I’d imagine that the rewards are very similar, just more Minecraft theme with different stickers, which have already been revealed already, and some type of horn or aura and also titles. These will all be free and will all be up to grabs for anybody that just doesn’t have the season pass or does have the season pass. The season pass owners are just going to simply get the playable characters, the cart, and the world in single player mode. Now, the one question I have is, is the stage going to be available for everybody online? Because the question is, if you don’t have the season pass, but yet you’re playing online world matches, are you still able to play Minecraft World if you don’t have the season passed? I would assume yes, but there obviously hasn’t been any confirmation on that and we’ll have to see. I would also assume that there’s going to be rewards for the top players playing in the festival as well. As lastly, in the Hatsuni Miku event, there were rewards for the top 10, top 100, and top 1,000 players in the world, getting a special title themed to them, showing off just how good they were during that festival. This is definitely going to be worth playing. And also, the Hatsuni Miku event was a big way to earn Don Pot tickets to be able to spend on friendship or anything else in the game. So definitely be on the lookout if you’re trying to grind some festivals during this time. Now, it hasn’t been fully revealed, like I said, what type of game modes that this is going to have, but if it’s going to be very similar to the Meiku event, here are the recommended gadgets that I would use in each of these events. For the ring grab, it’s actually pretty easy to stack up a bunch of rings and dominate the race with these type of gadgets. That being the dash panel combo bounty, where it’ll basically multiply the rings every single time you hit a dash panel that’s close by while boosting. Another thing to do is slipstream bounty. Slipstreams are very easy to do while racing and you are constantly getting rings whenever you’re behind somebody. Obviously, if you’re in first place, you’re not going to get many rings with this, but it’s pretty unlikely in the event because of this. And honestly, it’s pretty good to be behind somebody cuz you’re constantly just getting passive rings because of that. The next one I also did was the dash panel bounty to be able to stack with the dash panel combo bounty where you can basically stack those together getting more rings each time you hit a dash panel as there’s a lot within the game. And lastly, I used the air trick bounty as every time I went off a trick, I was able to get granted two rings for each trick, which ended up stacking pretty nicely in a lot of stages. When it came to the air trick game mode last time, I used air trick expert and air trick adapt where basically this is going to stack and just make your air tricks extremely fast, allowing you to get a bunch of air tricks to put towards your air trick points. Now, the bottom one truly doesn’t matter what you pick, but I personally picked the drift charge kit as that was something that I always used in world match. You could definitely use air trick bounty if you want to end up getting rings for all the air tricks that you’re going to end up doing because you have such fast air tricks, but that’s definitely something that you could personally decide. I don’t think it truly matters as your main point is just doing air tricks. And the next is going to be the tap game mode. For this one, there wasn’t too much that I necessarily went with on here. The biggest thing that I just did was extended slipstream, which allow slip streams to occur more often just so I could catch up to my teammates if I was ever behind. I personally always ran the speed type vehicle as well as it was a lot easier to catch up to people with that type of vehicle, but with this one, I went with extended slipstream, air trick bounty, air trick adapt, and tripped charge kit. I would say as long as you just have the extended slipstream, that’s probably the best move as as it just makes it a lot easier to catch up to your teammates if you’re falling a little behind. But it also doesn’t help when your teammates just refuse to tap you and you guys end up losing the game because of it that you can’t really control. But that’s about it. Sonic Racing Crossworlds DLC is finally coming and I can’t wait to see what not only the Minecraft DLC details but also what other future ones detail as well as the festivals were a bunch of fun with the Meiku event. But let me know in the comments if you guys are excited for the Minecraft DLC and I’ll catch you on the track. Peace.
