BIG NEWS About The FREE DLC BOXERS For Undisputed + What We Should EXPECT To See In The PATCH NOTES
Yo, what’s going on my people? It’s your big homie Krooks the Gray aka CTG and I’m back at you guys with another banger of an undisputed video. And in today’s video, I have some new information for you guys regarding the patch notes that are going to be dropped tomorrow, as well as what we should be expecting to see in total when it is released. Now, for those of you guys that are newer to the community and that have never been a part of this process, normally before we get a gameplay update or slashpatch, they normally put out patch notes. Now, what patch notes are, uh, they post them up in the undisputed discord, and what they are is a list of everything that they have changed in the game and that is going to be changed in the game. That could be anything from like new fighter kits, uh, career mode changes, AI changes, and of course, obviously online gameplay changes as well. So, that those are scheduled to be dropped tomorrow. And when those are dropped, I will be putting out a video as I do every single time patch notes are dropped. So, you guys don’t have to be in the community in the Undisputed Discord in order to get those patch notes because I break them down anytime they’re actually dropped. Now, what I do want to bring to you guys is something that I seen in the Discord earlier today that I feel like is very very interesting and that I feel like will excite the community, right? Because a lot of people love to see and love to hear about free DLC boxers, right? So, let’s go ahead and look at it and then we’ll break it down. All right, so Thomas Long 12 asked, “Bro, can we expect to see the free boxers in tomorrow’s patch notes?” And Ghostly, who is one of the moderators in the undisputed discord, said, “Tomorrow covers the patch notes for the free content, not DLC.” So, probably. So, yes. Now, what this means is we will probably be getting the names of the free DLC boxers that are going to be coming with the championship edition of Undisputed. Now, this is a really big deal because, like I said, we as a community love free DLC boxers. We do, man. I I know I pay for DLC boxers and the DLC packs like that, but you know, I love to see free DLC boxers, too. For those of you guys that maybe can’t afford it or that don’t want to pump money into uh you know, buying DLC packs, DLC boxers are always um a heavily talked about thing amongst people in the community. Now, for those of you guys that haven’t been tuned in to my last couple of videos, there’s probably going to be about three I’d say about probably three new DLC, like free DLC boxers. So, more than likely, we’re going to get the names of those boxers with the patch notes tomorrow. I would also be expecting to see the newly added features uh the newly added features that they’ve been talking about being added to the championship edition probably being released tomorrow as well. So that’s big news man that we are going to be seeing the free or probably either seeing them or getting the names of the free DLC boxers with the patch notes tomorrow. Now with that being said, what should we be expecting with the patch notes tomorrow? Now, I kind of touched on it obviously with the free DLC boxers is we’ll probably get what is going to be newly added to the game. The new features that they’ve been kind of promoting around the game um and that they’ve been kind of teasing us with since this uh since this championship edition actually was talked about or actually got released to the public that it’s going to be coming. Um, I would be expecting to see that in the game because that is something that’s free content that’s going to be coming with the championship edition. But what I’m also expecting to see is something big in terms of online gameplay being fixed. Now, I know the community is disappointed, as am I, with the fact that the biggest issue will not be addressed, and that’s desync. desync is such a big thing in undisputed right now and it, you know, after that Ash Habib video with the content creators and then him saying, you know, that they’re not pretty much not going to be able to fix it. They’ve been trying to fix it, but it’s a coding issue, which if you guys know anything about video gaming, they would have to break down pretty much the entire game and remake it up. So, there’s a high chance that that’s never going to be fixed. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t fix other things to make the game a little bit more enjoyable for us until Undisputed 2 comes out. So, I would be anticipating these two things probably being in the patch notes. Number one, the random ass uh stuns that are happening in the game right now, I would anticipate those to be fixed because about a month ago, right after the last update came out, uh JXep had posted something up about they were looking into the issue of the random stuns just happening out of nowhere. They weren’t damage based, they weren’t situational based. you know, they would happen as early as the first minute in the first round, which is crazy. Now, I know there’s, you know, there’s boxing hardcore enthusiasts, you know, that would be like, that’s realistic, but at the same time, you have to make it fair. You can’t just be having random things be happening with no situational basis around it. You know, like if I get hit with a shot to the body, there has to be reasoning as to why that’s happening. It can’t just be, hey, random, because then, you know, that that creates chaos. So, I would be expecting to see that being addressed in the update. The random flash KOs, the random flash stuns, more more so, the random flash stuns being addressed uh in the n in the next uh patch notes. Right. So, the second thing that I would be anticipating them actually putting out with the patch notes is going to be some kind of adjustment to the footwork speed. And why I’m saying this is because this has been such a big issue amongst the community. Inactivity running in particular has been such a nuisance, man. Like, it’s it’s just been like it’s been ridiculous, bro. It’s been ridiculous. And a while ago, I would say probably like 6 7 months ago, you know, the the the community managers were talking about, hey, you know what, like we’re we’re trying to test things out to to maybe slow down footwork speed. And I would be anticipating that, you know, with the release of a championship edition that footwork would actually be adjusted because it’s one of the biggest things that the community has been griping about and talking about and really pushing to be changed in the game. So, there’s no better time than now to address this issue, especially with them putting Terrence Crawford on the cover of this game. with him being on the cover of this game, they’re trying to reach out to the community, the boxing community that hasn’t been tapped into yet. So, if you’re gonna do that, you need to make major gameplay adjustments to the things that the community that has been playing this game has already been talking about. So, I would be anticipating something in along the lines of if we’re not slowing down loose footwork or footwork speed in general, making ring cutting more of a viable option because if they’re going to be adding in new boxers and they’re not like long range boxers, then they’re they’re basically useless. You know what I mean? Like guys like Julio Cesar Chavez, who wasn’t a I don’t believe was a DLC. um he’s basically useless and he’s one of the greatest boxers of all times of all time. And that’s because of the fact that you can’t really swarm people like he would in real life. You can’t cut off the ring. You can’t keep it in close and negate somebody’s reach advantage that they have on you. And that’s not really the way that the game should be. So hopefully they either adjust loose footwork/ footwork speed in general and slow it down except for the fighters that actually have good footwork or they make ring cutting a more viable option going forward in the game. Those are the those are the those are the two things that I would anticipate seeing in the patch notes when they drop for Undisputed. But I want to hear your guys’ opinion. What do you guys think is going to be in the patch notes for tomorrow? Do you guys think agree with me? Do you guys think, hey, you know what, they’re gonna address uh they’re gonna address the flash stuns and the footwork speed, or is there something else that you guys think that they’re that they are going to address with the next upcoming patch? Let me know in the comment section. As per the usual, I’m going to be trying to respond to every single comment that’s left on this video. But that’s it for me, my people.
