EVERYTHING We Know About The GTA Online LEAKED MANSION DLC!
Recently, there has been a lot of info, leaks, and rumors about the Gil Mansion DLC. So, today I will cover everything we know. That way, you have all the needed information in one video. Starting with the release date. Many of you know that the winter DLC is always in December. But what many people don’t know is that we are getting in-game teasers and missions for this DLC a lot sooner. The most likely release date for this year’s winter DLC is December 9. That’s because every December DLC for the past few years has released on the second Tuesday of December. For example, Agents of Sabotage last year, the chop shop the year before, and also the contract DLC also released on the second Tuesday of December, which makes it Tuesday, December 9 this year. But like I mentioned, there will be in-game teasers way before that. These in-game teasers actually got added to the files back in June with the Money Fronts DLC. Data miners found the teasers with their in-game location. Credit for this one goes to Lucas 7 Yoshi. There are two different locations where Rockstar will add a construction site in the coming weeks. Some of you may remember something similar. They only did this once before with the casino teasing that they were building the new diamond casino with in-game construction. Here are the exact locations of the mansion teasers. The first one is at mini Razu’s house where you spawn back after completing the Koop Rico heist. So, they are building a new mansion right next to the existing mansion. The cool thing about new mentions is that Rockstar actually has to change the map. This mansion is built inside this hill. So, they have to do the same for a new mansion. If we go to the other location over here on the map near the theater, there’s a lot of space for a new mansion to be built. If you’re hoping to be able to buy existing mansions, I have good news for you. We will be able to buy Deaf and Weston’s mansion, who you may know from GTA V story mode. This is how we know. In the Money Fronts DLC, you got this cutscene after you bought the car wash. This lady got out the plane. Her name is Valentina. She works for the new real estate company called Preal Estate, knowing Rockstar is probably Bricks Real Estate. At those construction site teasers, you will also be able to see a coming soon board with the real estate company name and logo. Three of the new mention missions are coming in the next couple weeks. This is what we know so far. It says, “Visit their logo to help Mr. Faber’s client with their luxury property development. The client is the lady called Valentino. Visit their logo to continue helping Mr. Fabers’s client with the luxury property development. This next text is very exciting. You have earned an exclusive discount on a future property purchase with pre-luxury real estate. They will be in contact again soon when properties become available. So from that text, we know that we are getting these missions before the release of the actual DLC. We also know the names of these three missions. New listenings, dual diligence, fixes and fitting, and new hard deadlines. So here’s my prediction for when these missions will come out. Knowing that the current Halloween event lasts till November 5, the soonest possible date is November 6 during the weekly update. The fact that there are three missions makes me think that they may release them 3 to 4 weeks before the DLC on December 9, making the other possible date November 13. Those are the most likely, but to be 100% sure, also consider November 20 and 27. I don’t see them releasing all three missions at once, but we can expect them very soon. Going back to the discount, this may just be a 5 or 10% discount, but I’m expecting these mentions to be anywhere from 10 to $30 million. So, such discount will already save you a couple million dollars. The reason why I personally think they are going to be this expensive is because, first of all, players have been asking for mentions for over 10 years, making it one of the most hyped updates, and Rockstar knows that, so they will make them really expensive like they did with the police vehicles. It’s also possibly the last ever big DLC in Gline. So, for the end game, it would be cool to spend a lot of money cuz many players are sitting on a couple hundred million with nothing to spend on. And the last reason is that the current most expensive items are the gold jet, $10 million, and the yacht is around $8 million. So, if you haven’t started grinding for the mentions yet, make sure you start right now cuz I’m sure you don’t want to miss out. Lastly, I will show some spoilers for these upcoming missions. For the first one, we have to go to Deaf and Western’s mansion, who doesn’t use it anymore. If you know, you know. Then, ref says the following. Head to Buenvino Road and I’ll fill you in. There’s a mansion up in the hills. Been empty for over a decade. Crazy views. I mean, it’s like a porn set up there, you know. Shame a bunch of gang bangers and not the fun kind. Been using it for god knows what. We got to go clear them out. This town’s about to get some serious top tier [ __ ] luxury on the market. Beautiful. Ed strongly implies that we are doing this so they can put this mansion back on the market. So, I’m hopeful that we will be able to buy his mansion. The Mayo High Club also gets mentioned. At this point, it has become a meme in the GTA community because it has had ongoing construction for over 12 years. So, how awesome would it be if they finally finish it? Here’s what Ref had to say. Okay, head over to the Mile High construction site in downtown. Listen, I’m going to be super straight with you. The guys were using to renovate the properties. They’re not exactly legitimate, but hey, this is Los Santos. No [ __ ] Every construction company’s mob endorsed. So, listen, you don’t got to feel bad about, you know, stealing a load of materials from STD site. saves us money, keeps our guys happy, and I mean, have you seen how long they’ve been working on that complex? [ __ ] them. All right, keep nice and chill and see what you can get out of there. If there’s a trailer with materials already loaded up, see if you can find something to hook it up to. Make of it what you think, but it sounds like we are just stealing supplies. I actually believe it’s nearly impossible for them to finish the M high club cuz there are too many missions that already take place in there.
