NEW DRAGON WAGONS DLC FIRST LOOKS & MORE HUGE CHANGES TO SNOWRUNNER

Welcome back everyone once again to another Snowrunner video. As you can see here, we have some new trucks for you via the dragon wagons DLC and also some good changes to some existing vehicles and some season 16 changes. I’m going to note some of these changes, not everything. I will actually post the the link here for all the changes that happened with the update. But let’s get started here on the dragon wagons DLC because there is some interesting things here and I believe these trucks are going to be very strong. I will do a review here in about a week’s time. I need to get some more time with testing these vehicles and figuring out them against other vehicles as well because we are going to do the tier list probably after that review. So anyways, jumping in here to the dragon wagons DLC first. The the Padera STD4. It is a heavyduty truck. I’m not sure why they put STD in the name, but yeah, whatever. Moving in here. The highest torque engine is 20220. So 202,220 torque at a 6.2 consumption rating. This is interesting because if you reference vehicles like the Azov Atom that is another 8×8 that has 8.2 consumption on its engine with an advanced special gearbox. This one has 6.2. Very much so going to be better fuel consumption. I’m not sure why this tire is glitching, but it just is. So this advanced special gearbox actually has seven gears. Both the Aven Horn and the Padera have seven gears in their advanced special gear boxes. It also has the ability to even have a high range. So essentially, this has power crept the Azovs essentially. So the Azovs that only had advanced special gear boxes and were slower, had really good consumption. Um I would say now they’re kind of power. This is this engine here at 6.2 is better consumption than any AOV engine on the market right now. and then you’re getting into a high-range gearbox or you’re getting an advanced special. So, the power creep is pretty strong with this one. Race suspension will get you to the 50in tire. It has a custom Padra tire that are mud tires here. They are basically a single wide track tire. You can see that here. Well, I would say actually the this narrow up front, single wide in the back. So, the tires tire weights are kind of odd here. I believe they’re like 300 and 450 in the rear. I think it’s like a 1.5 uh scale mass, I guess. So, they’re heavier than essentially heavy tires, but I think that’s going to give it a lot more pulling power than what people think. But it does have the re revered ODS at doubles. I’m probably going to use these to be honest, but we will try out the the old 50-in mud tires to see how they run. So, it does have chains, so that’s actually a good thing. Advanced medium winches here standard. It does have switchable features. So, if you’re using the high-range gearbox, you can kick off all-wheel drive to save some fuel consumption there. You’re not really going to have to because at 6.2 consumption, I believe this engine is actually more efficient than the TransStar’s engine. I believe the Transstar might be like a 6.5 consumption rating actually. So, it’s it’s getting down there. It’s getting pretty low. This is actually even more efficient than the Mac Pinnacles engine too as well. Spare tires, you can put those on the back. You got two of them. Front-facing snorkel, you can get that up here by the cab. And then add-ons, it has a plethora of them. You can do a lot of different combinations here. You probably are noticing you see the King Kong crane sitting here. This is the banana King Kong crane, whatever you want to call it. I believe it’s probably as strong as the Sliders cranes. We’ll take a look at that here later. But very strong crane. It gets it back very far. So, this could be another high saddle six slot hauler just because it has that crane that it can extend very far and retain a lot of its strength. Something I do want to note here, it does have a flatbed truck, which is just like this weird I don’t know what the the name of that is kind of odd, but yeah, it’s a one slaughter with all these repair parts and a basically a massive amount of fuel because it doesn’t have a much amount of fuel here, but its consumption, like I said, is rather good. So, you’re going to have good distance traveled. Then, it has this towing add-on here that has repair points. This actually folds down and you can actually carry vehicles in this. This is going to be interesting to try out. I wonder how well the pitch is. Hopefully the pitch is not too steep so you can actually drive up this, but we’ll test it out at a different date. Pretty cool here to see that. Something I do want to mention here, it does even have the LC 3.8 crane that you can attach with this, making it easier to attach a hitch trailer in the back and then load the hitch trailer and this one because you’re essentially at a central location. So, kind of interesting to have that. Um, but I most likely think its strength is going to be hauling from a saddle position with this massive crane. I don’t know if it’s going to be a high saddle hauler. It looks like the way the frame is set up here. I tried it with a low saddle and it seems like there’s probably going to be collision right off the rip as soon as you go over some type of some type of hump or some type of hill that you’re probably going to either pick up axles or pick up trailer. So, you’re going to lose steering control at some point. So, it could be the move to do high saddle six slot because you have this huge banana crane. Could be it could be an option. But anyways, it has a lot of add-ons for people that, you know, like to see a truck with a lot of add-ons. probably going to be really strong within its class, especially with the heavy duty class. They’ve had a huge come up here shortly. So, this is going to be kind of hard to rank when we do the tier list. But moving forward to the Aan Horn, this is probably one everyone’s interested to see here. The Aven Horn has a max engine at 270,200 torque. Massive engine. 14.2 consumption on its engine. So, it it can drink some fuel, but there are some things to that it has to kind of combat that, and we’ll talk about that. It does get a highway gearbox, not a high range and highway gearbox. Eight gears. The high gear is pretty fast. Always on all-wheel drive diff lock. And it does get an advanced special gearbox with seven gears as well. So, it can move pretty well. Stock suspension doesn’t really need a race suspension. It’s their collision meshes up front are absolutely phenomenal. I’ll talk about those on my review when we get there, but you have to give me some time because it’s going to take me some time to kind of process these all. Pretty much standard winches for a heavy truck here. Spare tires goes right behind the crane. Frontfacing snorkels can get you up here around cab I would say. Not cab level, maybe hood level. So, it’s actually pretty decent for crossing rivers and such. and add-ons. It has quite a bit of them. Oh, actually, we didn’t wait. We didn’t talk about tires. Let’s talk about tires here. It has custom mud tires here that I think have some type of decent ratings to them. They actually look really nice. The tire weights here are in between heavy and super heavy, but actually its rears are 800. So, I think it’s 400 kilos up front, 800 kilos up back. It expands upon its pulling potential. I did some tests against the one of the strongest pullers in the game the other day. I just did this before I got on this video and it outpulls it. So, I’m going to do some more test, but I think this vehicle is going to outperform most heavy trucks in the game right now with this current setup. Has a lot of good add-ons here. As you can see, the banana crane is attached. It cannot use it with a trailer here. But I think it’s all right to say that I think it’s going to be a specialist similar to that of like the elephant, but much stronger than the elephant because of pulling potential. So yeah, you can see how far back this high saddle sits. Really nice. It does have this van body add-on or this universal compartment. This is kind of what I want to talk about. So, you can put this universal compartment on here, get yourself basically 80 more gallons of fuel, 300 L more of fuel, repair points, also two spare wheels. In combination, if you attach the heavy pipe on its front bumper, you can get another 43 gallons on its bumper. So, you have a ton of fuel to call upon here. Now, it has 106 gallons of fuel, which is a respectable amount of fuel, and then you have all that to call upon. So, I think regardless of its fuel burn and regardless of what gearbox you choose, whether or not you choose the highway or the van special, I think the highway does have a all-wheel drive consumption penalty for that. I’d have to check this out at a later date, but yeah, you’re going to have plenty of range with this vehicle. So, it’s going to be interesting to see how this stacks up. But if I’m going to give my first impressions of how I think these are going to pan out, they are going to very much so be some of the top vehicles in the game right now. All right, so moving forward to some interesting things that have happened for season 16. Now, we all know that I’ve been complaining about season 16 being rather long. Well, developer Aceroken kind of said that they they made a mistake and made it actually too long after all the infrastructure was built. They just kind of didn’t want to make it as long, but they did. So, it was really cool that he came out with that transparency. Thank you so much for that. But, as you can see here, there is a gateway that goes from Solace Bay to Selen River Mountains. Usually this gateway in Solace Bay up here would go back to Selton River National Park, which is map one. Now it goes to Selen River Mountains. So you can essentially just go right through this gateway to the third map. Really nice. And then also vice versa with Selton River Mountains, the gateway goes directly to Solace Bay, not back to the first map, which is Selen River National Park. So, thank you Saber for that. Lastly, I want to talk quickly about some changes to some vehicles. And first, we’re going to talk about the Caterpillars. This is something I do want to spend a little bit of time on. The 745C and the 770G got some new add-ons here. They now both can attach hitch trailers in hall hitch trailers, which is amazing. Thank you, Saber. Again, this has a flatbed with 200 repair points. It gets the maintenance frame add-on here with repair points, spare parts, fuel, and then the Caterpillar wires, which essentially is the fuel carrier, and then it gets a high saddle. I could not believe this. I did not think this was going to happen, but this is what they did. I I wonder how this is going to pan out here as a high saddle hauler. This is going to be insane to try to use, but man, I’m interested to see how this this works because I love the cat. Okay, moving forward here to the 770G. This is a vehicle that hasn’t been touched for quite some time than we’ve been asking for changes. It also is able to attach a hitch trailer on the back. It gets a high saddle. Now, this can now be a high saddle vehicle. Still doesn’t have all-wheel drive. Still has 74inch mud tires. Still has always on diff lock and a massive fuel tank. It does get the maintenance frame add-on here, giving you more repair and more fuel than the 745C’s maintenance repair add-on. And it also has this heavy the fuel heavy hauler which we’ve all always had. So really good things have happened to the cats. Good changes. And there are also other changes that have happened as well to some scout vehicles which we’ll touch on right now. The con Marshall hasn’t really been touched and was nerfed early on in Snowrunner. Now, it’s been given much more fuel, a crawler suspension, and also improved collision geometry for a more stable suspension behavior, which is a good thing. I believe its tires actually gained a little bit of width is what I’ve been hearing. But I think the main thing here is the thing I want to highlight is it’s gotten more fuel fuel capacity back, which they stripped it of early in the game. And then they just added the ability to attach a hitch trailer. So now you can take a hitch trailer and attach this. This is massive because this could not do this. This is these are changes I want to see moving forward. The next one I would love to see is the Apache get a hitch trailer. I would love to see that. So, great changes there. The Scout 800 has some good changes as well. Basically, I’m going to put this on screen here. They adjusted a lot of things. They gave it a crawler suspension and they gave it expanded fuel parts and they decreased, I think, some of the weights um of existing add-ons, I believe. So, that I think that’ll help with the tippy nature. Maybe there’s too much weight on the roof racks and such. But if you look at these expanded fuel parts down here, look at how well that’s packed in. This looks like something that you would see out of Expeditions. No wasted space. Amazing. Look at all that. It’s like a walking repair refuel unit. Now, this is going to be huge. Another thing I need to add is for some reason instead of having a 39in tire, if you have the Jats equipped here for mud tires, you can get a 40inch tire. kind of crazy but kind of awesome. And then also you can see the crawler suspensions on there. We’re going to be doing some testing with this. Check it out at a later date. The last vehicle I want to talk about here is the first vehicle that we’ve ever had is the CK 1500. It also has gotten some buffs. I believe the base engines or some type of engines got a tad bit of buffs here with torque. I don’t think it really needed it, but it definitely probably makes it drive a little bit quicker. It did get a crawler suspension and it got the expanded trunk parts. Again, no wasted space under here. Look at all this packed in real tight. 300 repair points, six spare tires, 32 gallons of fuel. Amazing changes for this stuff. There’s also other changes to vehicles um in this little community forum post with the update that just came out. I will actually link that here in the description so you guys can check it out. But that is all I have for you guys today. Huge things. I will get started right now on my review for the J Dragon Wagons DLC. And just be aware that’s going to come out probably in a week and then I’ll start on my tier list. So anyways, you guys have a wonderful rest of your day and until next time, God bless and stay upright.

Dragon Wagons DLC makes a huge splash but there are alos great changes to existing vehicle as well.
