Mansions DLC Wishlist! (Voted By The Community) GTA Online
In this video, we’re going to be talking about the new Mansions DLC that is going to be starting to arrive in GTA Online this week. That’s right, ladies and gentlemen. The new mansions DLC is coming on this on Wednesday. We should be getting information on it. So, this Wednesday’s weekly update, we’ll get the information. On Thursday, I’ll have a video on it. We’re going to be getting the new teaser missions, which is going to be a set of three missions leading up to the DLC release on December 9th. Now, this very well could be the final DLC in GTA Online, at least for some time. Obviously, Rockstar Games thought that GTA 6 was coming out on May 26, 2026, which obviously that is when the summer DLC usually comes out, but they probably weren’t planning for a GTA Online summer DLC. Now, listen, I’m hoping that we get something next summer, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t really get much at all next year. So, this could be the final thing. So, it’s most likely well, we’re definitely going to get some information on Wednesday this week, but we may also possibly get a trailer for this new DLC, and we’ll definitely get some screenshots in the newswire. But in today’s video, I wanted to just go over what we want from this DLC. And instead of me just telling you what I want, I thought I’d ask you guys, the community, and we’re going to go over that here together. So, let’s do it. So, that you have some better understanding of what we’re going to be talking about in this video, just in case you don’t know anything about the mansion DLC. That is right. December 9th is when this is supposed to be officially coming out. As far as like the big DLC where we’ll get the majority of the mansions that we can purchase. Also getting new cars and things like that. That’ll be December 9th. But what is happening is this week starting on Thursday should be the start of the teaser missions which will be a series of three missions. Like I say, they’ll probably do one mission a week leading up to the release date on December 9th. And it’ll be basically setup missions. So, we’re going to be like getting the the materials to be able to build these mansions, like stealing materials, bringing them over to the construction site. That’s going to start happening on Wednesday, Thursday. This was our first teaser right here, as you guys can see. And this, let me put it full screen. This is the new house. This is one of the new houses, which does look basically exactly the same as this house right here at the front. But as you can see from the observatory in the background, this is actually the new location, which is this one right here. This is actually the construction site for that house, this house that I just showed you. As well as this construction site, we also have this one, which has been leaked, which you can see it says coming soon. This is most likely a clip from in game, obviously. probably starting on Thursday, we’ll see these construction sites and we’ll start bringing the resources to these locations. Or maybe this week we have to steal them, drop them off, and next week we’ll see this construction site once we’ve brought the materials over. And then this is another location right here for one of these mansions. Now, as far as this, the Playboy mansion, we will talk about this a little bit later on in the video, but it’s not I wouldn’t think this is going to be we’re not going to be able to purchase this. Same thing for this, the Mile High Club. Don’t get your hopes up of this thing being completed. We’ll talk about it more again in a second. Now, here are some concepts. These are just concepts. These are being used by mods and things like that, or maybe even AI, but I thought I’d showcase them cuz I thought it’d be fun. But like, this is a mansion that you can see in the city, and it’s kind of cool. You can see there’s some cars parked on the top. Again, we’re going to talk about this here a little bit more in in a minute, but a lot of you have been asking and hoping that uh cars are going to be able to be able to parked on top or parked in your driveway. Here’s another one that I would have personally loved. I would have loved a massive beach house. That would have been sick. Here’s another one up in the hills with a helipad. A lot of you have mentioned helipads. We’re going to get over in a second. And another one here. This is near the observatory with a helipad. Two helipads. And yeah, this is kind of what people were hoping for. You can also see the cars parked down here at the bottom. Being able to visually see your cars when you fly close to it or drive up to it is something that a lot of you have been talking about. So, let’s get into what you guys have been suggesting. So the first one here from Benzifi is actually quite a big one and it does go over a lot of the questions or a lot of the things that you guys have recommended. So we’ll go over this here together. The things that he wants his wish list is being able to purchase more than one mansion, possibly all of them. Now I for one do believe we will be able to purchase all of them. I think when this DLC comes out and we have multiple mansions, whether it’s two or three, I do think we will be able to purchase all of them. I don’t think it’ll be one or the other. Or maybe it will, but I don’t I don’t know. It depends if this is going to run like a business, but maybe you will only be able to purchase one of them. I’m not sure, but this person, Benifire, would like to be able to purchase all of them, which would be cool cuz it’s more garage space. He also said having the ability to park up to three or four cars in the outer part of the mansion. It would be cool if you could have multiple cars parked outside, not just closed inside your garage. Now, a lot of people talk about this one as well. This has come up quite a lot. And I’ll get into it more in a little bit. But the problem with this is let’s say I’m in the game and I own this mansion and I can see all my cars outside. What if you’re in the game as well and you own the same mansion and your cars are parked outside? If we both fly over to the mansion at the same time, whose cars is it going to show outside? Is it going to show your cars? Is it going to show my cars? This is where I would say that this is just not going to be possible. They’re not going to be able to do it. They have to have an instance. That’s why when we go to our garage, right, we pull in, it kind of loads for a little bit, loads all our cars in. But I do agree being able to park them outside and be able to see them. It would be really cool. But even in GTA 6, I’m not sure if that would be possible because of like what I just said, having multiple people own the same properties. Like, how would they choose which cars you’re going to be able to see from outside? I just don’t think it’s possible, unfortunately. He also said getting some new cars would be nice, like new Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and a new Lamborghini. I agree. 100%. I’m going to do a video on like cars that I would like to see in this DLC and a video on how much I think it’s going to cost, but we’re too early out now. We haven’t got any leaks. We haven’t got any trailers. Like, there’s pointless making me like having me make any predictions or tell you how much you should make without any information whatsoever. Like, I would just be guessing and that’s not really what you want. You want me to give you at least some information of a realistic update. But yeah, a new rolls would be sick. Even if they they’ve been liking electric cars recently. Give us the Spectre. That’s a sick car. I’ll take it. And there’s some new Lamborghinis out as well. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if we do get some of those. An underground sort of garage with room for up to 50 cars, but all on the same floor. So, yeah. I I mean, I agree. It would be nice to be able to see all of your cars in one, like one level. I think the issue again with this is maybe like a memory storage type thing. Maybe this game is not optimized to be able to have that many of your vehicles in one place. That’s why they usually do like 10 10 10. I know there’s the LS car meet or not the LS car meet. Well, technically that too, but like at the Vinewood Club, the GTA Plus garage where you can see a lot more. I don’t know how they’ll do it, but that would be cool. I agree. Having the ability to customize both inside and outside of the mansions, as well as choose as well as choose what to add in which part, kind of like the Diamond Casino. Yeah, we’ll talk about that here a little bit more in a second. An unpopular opinion, but we should be able to have the option of hiring servants. Maybe a driver for fast travel. I agree with that. Having a fast travel driver like the agency would be cool or being able to have a pet inside. That would be cool, too. I agree with all of these. That would be sick as far as a servant inside. I don’t know what they would do. Maybe bring you champagne. But I 100% agree. I think having fast travel would be a good one. And they can just take that from like the uh the agency and stuff like that. And having a pet, same thing like the agency. It would be cool if they took those from the agency. Also took the customization from the casino pen houses. They could be on something. Yeah. and a new mission story line would be nice. So, let’s carry on with the more of these questions because this one basically rounds it up all of them, but I wanted to go into detail with some of the others. So, something that he said and a lot of other people said is this right here. Someone said it’s definitely a 60car garage but one floor just like the other person said. He said the best way to imagine it is like the nightclub garage but extended to fit 50 cars. That would be cool. Another person said, “I want to be able to park my cars in the driveway.” This one comes up quite a lot as well. I want to be able to have them in the front and back of the property so I can show it off to people that pass by. The problem with this is, like I have said, it looks sick, right? We all have seen this from the Dre missions where you come up to the Playboy Mansion and there’s all these cars parked outside. It would be so cool to be able to do that and have people drive by and be able to see your collection. I think that’s what we all wanted when GTA first came out and we had our garages and we had the ability to be able to invite people in. We wanted to invite people and show off what we had. And that was a big part of GTA Online when this game first came out. Not so much anymore because people don’t really care. A lot of people have everything. But it would be cool to be able to show them off. But again, it’s just I don’t think it can’t be possible cuz if two of you both own the same mansion or more likely everyone in the lobby all owns the same mansion, whose cars are they going to show off outside? Now, there is a thing like I always reference New World, but New World was a game where you could decorate the outside of your house. And even if multiple people owned the same house, the one that had like the most expensive or the best collection of like decorations, that’s the one they showcased to everyone. So, if you were somebody that had the most expensive car collection in the lobby, then yours is the one that would be showcased. Or maybe they do it randomly and whoever’s in the lobby, it’s just a random selection of whose you will see. That could be possible. But again, then you come into the issue of people just flying over and blowing them up. Maybe you have to make it like a no-fly zone where if you fly over it, you get blown up. Kind of similar to like the yachts. Or they’re just undestructible. Indestructible where if people start shooting at them, they just won’t blow up anyway. It’s a cool idea. I love it. I just don’t know if it’s going to be possible, but a lot of you guys want to see that. Maybe they can figure it out for GTA 6, but I don’t think it’s coming in five. And then somebody else said, “Garage space, full customization of interior and outdoors. Also some new cars.” We’re definitely going to get cars. I’m not sure about customization, but I agree. I would like it to be, like I say, just a mix of the agency, a mix of the casino, and just bring it all into one into these beautiful mansions. It would be cool. We’re gonna have to see what happens. But I agree with you guys on that. And this one, which is a big one, this is what most people have said and arguably what I would also agree with, and that is hopefully there’s some sort of heist we can plan out of it. Again, hopefully there’s a business or heist. Maybe Robbing the movie studio returning Michael to the story mode or just GTA Online. I would definitely like to see another big money heist. I love Ko Rico, but it’s time for something new. I would like to see full customizations and let us do mini heists. So, yes, people want to see heists. We’ve had KOP Rico in the game now, which is arguably, but it is in my opinion, you guys know me, the most fun heist. It gives you the most payout, and it’s unique and different. It’s not part of the same GTA online map that we’ve had all these years. It’s a new place. Now, I definitely don’t think that this is what we’re going to be getting for the mansions DLC. If anything, maybe next summer, cuz it was supposed to be GTA 6, so that makes me think we’re not getting one. But if they were going to do a big one, next summer would be the time to do it. Give us something for next year while we’re waiting now another year for GTA 6. But I agree. I would love some sort of heists. It could be like a series of heist. It could be like mini heists. It could be a big heist, which I doubt, but something. So it’s not just here’s these three setup missions and boom, here are the mansions. There you go. Because if that’s the case, it is going to have zero replayability. We’re going to have these missions or we’re going to have these new houses, I should say, with nothing else. And that will suck. And we’ve never had anything that bad. So, I assume they’re going to give us something. I hope. Here’s the thing. People have been asking for mansions for as long as I can remember in GTA Online. And now they’re giving it to us. And I’m happy. I’m not going to complain. We’ve asked for it. They’re giving it to us. But if it doesn’t come with some sort of replayability, some way to make money, then it is going to be an absolute flop if you ask me. I hope there’s some way to make money with this heist consistently. I hope it’s also I maybe I’m asking too much and people are going to complain to me for this, but I also hope that it’s not just something tiny. you know, like the quickie farm deliveries where you get paid next to nothing and it’s a lot of work and you don’t really get much. Or the taxi deliveries or we also have like the group sacks deliveries. We have all of those right now. We have so many of the same type of mission just a different theme, right? Taxi, all of those ones I just mentioned and they all pay pretty awfully, but we have them now. So, I just hope with the mansions DLC if we do have something, it’s not something that’s that small like those cuz maybe they just make it so it’s like every bloody day you can go and be like, “Hey, go and steal some of these construction deliveries and drop it off at this location.” Theoretically, they could do that. Maybe we get like 50 grand for doing it and you can only do it once per hour and it’s random. You you steal the construction equipment and you drive it to some random houses across the map. That could be something they could do. It wouldn’t be great, but it would be better than nothing. I don’t know. Let me know what you guys think about that in the comments section down below. I’m very interested. But I agree. Some sort of heist. We need it at least to hold us over for bloody GTA 6. We got over a year now. Oh, I don’t remind myself. All right. And something that we’ve also kind of mentioned here, everyone says the same thing. It’s not like we have hundreds of different things. Everyone wants the same things. So, it’s kind of easy for Rockstar to at least gauge what the community wants. But certainly plays here says, “I’m hoping for something different, not just a bigger casino penthouse.” which yeah, it would be cool if we could get more stuff, but that being the case, there aren’t many other current assets to add into it. So maybe we can get a dart board, a tennis court, a yoga mat, master control computer, hopefully fast travel driver service. It would be cool if they were to try out the GTA 6 system of bodybuilding and put in a personal gym. Somebody else said they would like to see the mansion, but with an empty interior. That way you as the owner can choose. You can put a cinema in there, a pool in there, a gaming room, control terminal, you know, a gun workshop, garage space, helley deck, so on and so forth. Someone else said unique interiors, not just a copy and paste of the apartment, so casino. They also said swimming pool, tennis court. And then another person once again said the master control terminal. So obviously in GTA 6, we know there’s going to be a lot of mini games. We’ve seen it from the leaks. We’ve also seen the pictures with Jason fishing, Jason playing pool, Jason playing mini golf. But I do agree and it’s something that I would hope in GTA 6 we can have that choice so everyone’s is kind of different where you can choose tennis courts, swimming pools, stuff like that. I think that would be easy to do in the story mode. So when GTA 6 comes out, we can customize our houses to that extent because once again it’ll just be us soloing in story mode. I do think in an online situation it’s the same issue. Whereas, if multiple people have the same house, one of them has a tennis court, one of them has a a pool, when you fly over to it, who’s is going to show up? Unless, like I say, you have something in set up to where it just shows random ones or it shows the one that’s worth the most amount of money that they showcase. It is possible, but I don’t know how they would go about doing it. But as far as having mini games in there, like pool tables, dboards, things like that, that is something that I think would be possible. Um, so we don’t know. I I don’t know. But there’s a lot of you that have all said that. But I think what it comes down to, it isn’t even necessarily that people want to play these things like darts and pool. I’m sure some people do, but I think it’s more so the customization. From what I’ve gathered from all of these comments, people want to be able to make it personal to themselves. Even though they won’t play pool, maybe they want to be able to choose whether it’s a pool table or a ping pong table or something. You know what I mean? Or a dining room table. They want it to be fully customizable. And I yeah, I will agree with you on that. Personally, do I think it will happen though? I don’t think so. So, now we’re at the end and we have a few more like that came out of left field. They weren’t necessarily the same as all the ones we just talked about. Those are the most common. Someone also said, “I’d like to be able to purchase the Playboy Mansion. Uh, it won’t happen, but it would be cool to finally add that and the Mile High Club.” Yeah, as far as those two are concerned, I don’t think I’m 99.9% sure we’re not going to be able to purchase the Playboy Mansion. And it’s the same reason that the the mile high club. The reason I don’t think that’s going to be completed and be able to purchase pen houses in that as well. And that’s because missions. We have too many missions in GTA Online where it takes us to those locations. Whether it’s the Dre missions taking us to the mansions or it’s Kopico setup missions taking us to the Mile High Club. There’s too many things that happen in those. So, if we were able to purchase the mansion, it would kind of break that illusion of the of the missions. If we own them, but we’re doing missions that somebody else lives there or the Mile High Club, if it’s completed and built, how are we going to do the setup missions? They would have to take those away and move them somewhere else. Yeah, it would be amazing. We all want it, but I it’s not going to happen. Now, I do think in GTA 6 they’re going to have buildings that are under construction like the Mile High Club, and they will get completed over time. I think Rockstars learned from that and that is definitely something that they’re going to want to do, but I don’t think we’re going to be getting that in GTA 5, unfortunately. Another one said, “I think it’d be cool if there was a business where Mr. Faber hires us to clean out mansions all over the map and flips them for billionaires. This is something that could be possible. Well, similar to what I said earlier, where a way to continuously make money from this instead of just giving us mansions would be if we have to go and steal construction supplies, bring them to different houses around the map. It would be pretty boring and repetitive, but it’s something. And then this person is saying maybe they hire us to clear out the mansions and be able to flip them. That would be cool if we could just call up Mr. Faber and he’ll be like, “Yeah, I’ve got some work for you.” And then you drive over to like random houses on the map and when you get there, you have to pick up like a truck of supplies. Let’s say it’s just things that were supposedly in the house. You take those out of the house and then you’re able to sell that house for a profit. That would be kind of cool, too. Someone else said, “I hope we can get other mansions around the map, too, and not just the ones that we’ve seen so far in the city.” And that kind of goes on to the next one I saw. I wonder if there’s going to be any on the islands that might be available for mansions to be built on. That would be cool. I agree. So, as far as not just the ones in the city, and hopefully there’s more around the map. Yeah, it’d be cool. We got so many islands on the game. Imagine if you could have a mansion on one of those islands. You have a little helicopter pad on it. You have your little maybe not a garage obviously you’re on an island but it would be a cool little place to have a helipad and a little beautiful house on an island. I would love that. Maybe a house on the beach like I talked about earlier. I’d love a beach house. Or maybe you want them up in the mountains. It would be cool to have multiple areas where there’s new mansions available. And maybe you have to take, you know, go and steal all of the supplies and take it to that location. Which is funny cuz somebody else said it would be cool if it was like Red Dead Redemption 2 where you basically you’re building it yourself, right? you see it under construction getting built and then this house is built. That would be cool. And again, I think it’s just not possible. As much as I would absolutely love that, I don’t know how they would go about it unless it was more again, it wouldn’t be in GTA 5, but let’s say GTA 6 has an RP server. Well, it’s not an RP server, but it has private servers. Let’s say there’s a thousand people can join this server. And once it’s full, it’s full. You’re going to have to choose a different server. But the people that are in that thousand server, maybe I if I’m the first one to save up enough money to buy this plot of land, then I can build a house there. And then out of the thousand people in the server, they can’t buy that house. But if I was to sell it, they could buy that house from me. And that would be kind of cool. You’re building your own economy with inside of this server where everyone in it is buying and selling and building houses, but you can’t all have the same house. That would be incredibly cool, and I would love nothing more for it to actually be like that. But that is only going to happen if we have private servers where we can do stuff like that in a public online session where it’s randomized and people just come and go. That would never work out. And then somebody said, “A new Rolls G Wagon or S-Class, preferably a Mayback.” Yeah, as far as the vehicles is concerned. I’m going to do a video on it probably in the next few weeks just talking about what I would hope and like to see in the game, but as of right now, we’re still like a month away from this coming out, so I didn’t want to just predict too much before we have any sort of information about what this DLC is going to be. But that is it, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you all for those of you who responded and gave comments about what you would like to see your wish list for this mansions DLC. I couldn’t agree more. I would love number one, and I think the thing that most people agree on is some sort of heist or missions to be able to make this replayable and not just something that we get and then once we’ve purchased the mansions, it’s done. Cuz that’s going to suck for the next year where we’re waiting for six when we’ve got this new DLC and there’s not much to it. New cars. They’re definitely going to bring out new cars. I’m not too worried about that. But then the customization, I don’t think we’re going to be able to custod like you guys to be able to leave cars outside and people can see them. That’s just not going to happen, unfortunately. I don’t think. But more garage space would be cool. A single story garage is sounds like the consensus of what everyone wants. I agree. That would be sick. And the customization. I hope when we purchase these mansions, we can customize them to our own thoughts, our own like imagination to how we would like it to be. That would be sick. Even if there was like empty rooms, somebody else said, where you can choose this is going to be this bedroom, maybe it’s not a bedroom, maybe this is going to be a game room. Stuff like that would be cool. But again, I think that’s more stuff for GTA 6 versus GTA online right now.
