Ladies and gentlemen, the new mansions DLC has started up with three teaser trailers. And in this video, we’re going to be going through all three videos or all three missions. There’ll be timestamps down below. We’re going to be doing them all stealthy so we get the bonus and in hard mode. So, in this video, you’ll be able to see how to get the maximum amount of money possible. So, you can decide, is it worth doing stealthily in hard mode or should you just run through these, do it as fast as you can, cuz honestly, it’s not really that much money. They are just like contact missions, so it is what it is. Don’t forget the gold tier this week. All you need to do is log into the game as you’ll see here in a second, and you’ll start getting unlocks, just some outfits and things like that. Well, that’s the black tier, I should say. And then the gold tier is to complete the three missions that you’ll see in here today. You’ll get 2 million off the mansions when they come out December 9th. You’ll also get a million dollar, just a bonus. You’ll get that December 9th as well, and you’ll get like I think it’s like another outfit. So anyway, without further ado, let’s get into it. All right. So, as you guys can see, we’ve got some unlocks coming in the black dress and all of that. That is part of the, like I mentioned in the weekly update video. The tiers, it’s the black tier, which is just the unlocks this week. So, we’ll go over those unlocks here in a little bit, but I think first we’re going to head on over to this location. You can see it right here. I keep saying it’s pricks luxury real estate, but supposedly it’s pre uh luxury real estate, just like the Grand Prix in F1. But, let’s head on over to that location and see. We should be getting the phone call before we even get there. Here’s the phone call. Hey, boss. I take zero monetary investment, just a little of our time to make sure these developments run smooth. These people, they’ve got serious big boy capital. And if we take them, a piece of them’s going straight into our pockets. So, you want in on this? Yeah, I want in on this. All right, guys. We got the face cam on cuz we want to test this out. Press to start. New listing due diligence. Like I say, if you do the three missions, you’ll unlock the gold tier, which is going to be $2 million off of the mansions when they come out. But that you don’t get that until the mansions come out, which is going to be December December 9th. You’ll also get a million dollars cash, and you’ll get one other thing as well that I forget. But basically, just complete all three of them this week. So anyway, you can see difficulty, normal, hard, or easy. We need to see how much money we can make, and we need to put ourselves to the test here. We’re doing it in hard mode, and it’s two times pay. So you can see though it says new listing due diligence rule one of property development. You can’t sell a mansion that’s full of junky bikers. Time to clear out the current residence. Okay, this is the first mission. Super heavy armor. Confirm settings. You can do it with friends up to four people. Let’s go ahead and start this thing up. Sorry if I look a little bit all over the bloody place. It is currently 2:00 a.m. New listening due diligence. All right. All right. So let’s see if we can do this. So we can’t do it. We can’t select any of our vehicles. Okay. So, we can’t select our helicopters or anything like that. Interesting. What about our personal vehicle? Manage vehicle. No. All right. So, we’re driving there. Don’t worry, it’s fairly close. I’m glad that the weather’s nice out and beautiful. You guys know that gas canisters can be stolen and used to incapacitate some lost MC inside the mansion and force out the rest. Okay, the gas canisters are right up here. So, let’s go grab some bloody gas canisters and see what this is all about, shall we? Let’s grab these gas canisters first. You know me, I like doing things a little stealthy. This is the first mission. All right. What is it saying? All right. The house is there. I was going to say, am I at the mission by accident here? Am I like going the far too far ahead of myself? But no. Excuse me, guys. Excuse me. You don’t mind, do you? You’re not going to hit me, right? Of course not. Steal gas canisters. Is that it? Steal gas canisters. How many do I steal? Crowbar, too. All right, let’s steal more gas canisters because why not? You know what I mean? Let’s just steal all the bloody gas canisters that the world has to offer. All right, we got the gas canisters. Now, let’s get back to where we were off to over here. There’s the bloody mansion. Now, this isn’t the mansion. We know this isn’t the mansion that is going to be um part that we’re going to be able to buy, I should say. We know that is in a different location. But anyway, let’s fast forward till we get over here. If all the lost MC are incapacitated or made to flee, bonus cash will be rewarded. So, that’s what we’re trying to do here. Um obviously, you can go in guns are blazing, but we actually went the stealth way. Um so, we’ve got the gas canisters. Now, we need to figure out how to do this. Find a way to evict. Equipping fires will cause the lost to withdraw their weapons. So if you want to do this clean, no guns. No, doing it clean. No guns. It’s tear gas, right? Find a way to evict the lost MC, right? This is one of the houses because it’s all tied up. Do we just throw some tear gas out of here? I mean, I’m confused. It’s not really giving much info, right, as to what to do here. I mean, maybe you can get [ __ ] with the air. Oh, press this. So, I didn’t need to kill them. I didn’t need to do what I did by throwing a gas cannon. Listen, we’re learning here together. At least you guys know when you start this up. You know what I mean? All right, there goes another one. Evict the lost MC. Now what? Now what do you want me to do? So, we’ve been we’ve done this stealthily. I I’m feeling pretty confident here. We’ve done this fairly stealthily. We haven’t shot anyone. We haven’t done anything. Hopefully, this should be max bonus cuz we want to know how much money we can make, right? Let’s go ahead get in this car. Leave the area. Let’s see if we get any bonuses then. I mean, 43 grand’s not great for two times pay. It didn’t take long. We did do it stealthy. There should be a bonus here, too. Didn’t he say you get a bonus if you take everyone out without bloody killing everyone? I’m pretty sure. I’m bloody pretty sure. All right, where’s our next set of missions? The next one’s down here by the looks of it. So, let’s go ahead and jump to the Darnell Bros Garmin factory. So, for that first mission, doing it stealthy, you can go in guns of blazing and see the difference between doing it crazy or doing what I did. I did it exactly as it’s supposed to be, stealthy. We put them all to sleep. We didn’t do anything and that’s how much money we got. So you guys let me know what the difference is if you go in Guns Ablazing. So let’s go ahead and start this one up as well. Right next to my warehouse actually one of my large warehouses. This location right here. Let’s go ahead start this one up. Boom. So it looks like it’s another one you can do with friends up to four people. This one is fixes and fittings. So, rule two of property development, no unnecessary costs. We need building supplies, and I know a construction site that’s full of them. Let’s go borrow some. Huh. We’ll do this in hard mode as well. Purchase all ammo. Sure. Let’s go ahead start this up. We always do it in hard mode, just so if you can just so you can see the difference in price, so you know, you can decide whether to do in hard mode or not, essentially. All right, let’s take this little banger here cuz I can’t use my cars once again, I’m assuming. Yep. can’t pick anything up. So, it’s less than a mile away, though. We’re going to the Mile High Club, which people are going to get excited for thinking, “Oh, the Mile High Club. There it is. Look at that beautiful thing.” Uh, but we’re not. We’re just stealing supplies from there. Now, I have heard the um like the the the notes. I’ve heard what he says, what Raph says in the conversations here. So, I know we’re going to be chased when we steal this. Anyway, let’s fast forward till we get there. All right. Here we are at the Mile High Club. says, “Steal the materials from the construction site.” All right. So, we’re going to try doing this stealthy. What do we think? What do we think? I can see them all. I don’t know. Steal the materials from the construction site. Here’s the thing. They haven’t been like super clear about what we’re what we’re doing here to be completely honest with you. You know what I mean? Like, do I take these people out? Do I need to? Are they going to like I can see their cones of vision. Are they going to trigger as soon as I lying around? Take it. Sell it for some extra cash. What? I’m not going to tell anyone. So, there could be some more things laying around. What did he say? Have you seen what laying around? Sell it for some extra cash. So, there’s bonuses. So, if you pick up some other bonuses, you can sell it for more money. And I’m curious if we trigger the alarm versus Okay, I can see steal the tools for cash reward if the materials are delivered successfully. Okay, so I can see cash now. Do I need What happens if I trigger this alarm? Okay, so we’ve triggered it. We triggered the alarm, but we didn’t trigger all of them. We just triggered him next to us. You see that? Look, all of them on the on the cones. They’re not triggered. Even though this guy was just shooting at us, it hasn’t triggered everyone. All right. So, tools stolen. Two out of four. Oh, interesting. Okay. Well, there you go, guys. You can trigger you can get these guys mad at you and they will uh you’re good to go essentially. Look, they got a trailer there. Then all you got to find is a trailer or something. I mean, this is this is this is decent. This is decent. Okay, someone they said about a trailer cab. Okay, but no, we need to steal more loot. Okay, there’s the trailer cab. But we need to get more stuff first, which I’m assuming is going to be down here. So, if we take him out, then we take him out. These guys aren’t paying attention at all, are they? Like, you can be fairly loud. They don’t bloody care. Okay. And the but here’s the thing. We got 40 something thousand last time. It would seem like you don’t get paid that much. It’s not worth doing it stealthy. I would argue doing it fast is just better. All right. So, we got four out of four stolen tools. It said something about cash though, like if you find cash. Well, I think I grabbed the cat. Or you can say, I don’t bloody know, man. All right, you know what? We’re going to take him out just cuz he’s annoying me. There we go. All right, let’s grab this. Steal the materials and the construction site. We’ve done that. Well, we’ve done the the tools, which is a bonus. Now, steal the materials. So, we need to steal Surely there’s a trailer here somewhere. I’m I’m gathering there’s a trailer somewhere. There it is. Okay, trailer. You know what? Excuse me, gentlemen. Can I just interest you? This guy’s not paying any attention. We’re just taking them out just so we don’t start getting shot at on the way out of here. We’re going to grab this. I would use my own truck, but you can’t grab them. All right, that is it, I believe. Enough of your All right, materials. You can see they are mad. They are upset. Here’s the thing at what I’m thinking. If we would have taken those people out so they didn’t trigger the alarm essentially, would we be able to leave without being chased versus how we’re being chased right now. Very interesting. Construction materials will fall off the trailer if it receives too much damage. Deliver as many construction materials to the job as possible for higher bonus pay. Okay. So, maybe next time I do this, I’ll try and do it stealthy. Wow, that is a lot of people. I’m going to try and shoot them. I just need to get into a straight line here. I’m trying to shoot this guy, but my aim is arguably just awful. I feel like it’s easier for me to just try and get this stuff back as fast as possible versus me trying to shoot the bloody people. You know what I mean? That’s what I’m thinking. Why are these cars going nut? You’re an idiot. Why do cars do that, man? They always do that. They’re the stupidest NPCs in the game. Oh, gunshots. Let me go in front of people. All right, we’re being we’re chilling, though. We’re chilling. Like, our materials is f is decent. We’ve got about a mile to go. Let’s fast forward this here a little bit unless something exciting happens. We’re going so slow. All right, so we’re getting close. You can see this road is closed. So, it’s a closed road. We are getting very close. We took out quite a few people there. Um, I’m excited to see this construction site. We know this isn’t I don’t believe. Anyway, this is Oh, yeah. This is the one. This is the one that’s similar to the house that we went to first here today. Uh, the big one that’s being built. So, here we go. This is the second one delivering the construction. Look at that. Hey, we bloody go, ladies and gentlemen. Mission passed. Done. Delivery bonus 20 grand. So, we did get the full bonus plus the pay 53. Or is that including the pay? 53. It’s not paying too much. The XP is not great either. And this is a two times pay. So, unless you’re playing this the week it comes out, you’re going to get half of what I’m getting right now. Just FYI. All right. So, there’s three missions in total. Now, we’re going to the third, which you can see is right down here at the docks. So, I’m just going to fly on over there really quick. I’ll see you guys when we get there. All right, guys. Here we are for the final mission. There’s three missions in total. You just got to complete these before bloody December 7th. You got loads of time. So, hard deadlines. And of course, we’re going to be doing it in hard mode. Hard mode. So, this one, rule three of property development. A happy workforce is a lazy workforce. The construction guys aren’t pulling their weight. Why don’t you pay them a visit and give them some motivation? You bloody got it. I’m happy. Look, if we’re going to be driving that thing around, I’m excited. Uh, let’s go ahead. Do this. Do this. We’re doing it hard mode. Closed. Boom. It says to We got to motivate them here a little bit. I’m assuming we’re going to be shooting people this time. Maybe possibly. I feel like we’ve been kind Well, last mission we did shoot people, too. All right, we got 6 miles to get there. So, let’s go. Let’s listen to him. They’re not doing what we paid them to do. Just because they got mob connections, they think they can sit on the asses. Yeah. Well, that’s not how we run things. We take a proactive approach. So, I think you should go and, you know, scare them a little. Make sure they know we don’t [ __ ] around. Now, listen. I mean, we’re leaving the car here. I mean, we are having to go on foot because these bloody cops, man. And that car. What did I crash? Why couldn’t it get through that fence? All right. Cops are gone. That should be it, right? That should be it, ladies and gentlemen, for this one. Beautiful. All right, there we bloody go. Mission passed. I think we got the bonuses for all of these too. Another 20k. Another 20k. So, if you want to get all the bonuses, even with the bonuses, we’re not It’s not that much money at two times pay with the bonuses, but at least you guys know now how much money you’re going to get with the bonuses and doing it in hard mode. If it doesn’t seem like it’s worth it for you, just go in Guns of Blazing and get it over and done with as fast as possible. So, now at this point, that’s it. We have no more missions left. We have the two new Wait, what’s this? Hm. We have another mission. We’ll go check that out. But we have two new mansions now. We have one which is right up here and then we have another mansion that’s right over here. And when I say new mansions, we don’t have mansions. We have the um just the construction zone. But I’m going to see you have earned an exclusive discount on a future property purchase with pricks luxury real estate. There will be contact again soon when properties become available, which is later. We know that it’s later. Those are going to become available later, which is going to be December 9th. Keep that in mind. They’re not available yet. I’m just going to see because it’s still available, the marker, but I’m assuming it’s just starting over scratch again. But just so you guys know, I’m going to head on over there again and see what’s up. All right, so here’s what this is what they look like right here. This is one of the locations. Says coming soon. We’ve seen the pictures of this online. We’ve stole some of the equipment. This is what it looks like. And it’s not going to be built. So, it’ll be interesting to see like next week if it’s going to change at all or if it’s going to stay just looking like that. Are we going to be able to see these houses under construction? That would be cool. A lot of people are speculating that they’re going to be expensive because if we’re getting a $2 million discount just for doing those three missions, that means 2 million discount. Does that mean they’re going to be at least like if that’s 50% off, does that mean they’re going to be at least $4 million for these mansions? We don’t know. Uh but they could be very expensive. But as soon as we get that information, I’ll let you guys know. So, make sure you subscribe with notifications on. I’m just checking this out, but I assume it’s going to be the same mission again.
