How To GET RICH For The MANSIONS DLC | GTA Online!

Hey boys, it’s Harm Nun. Today I’m going to be showing you how you can make a bunch of money before the mansions DLC comes out in GTA Online on December 9th. Now, I’ve had a ton of questions in my comments. Harm, how can I get some money so that I can actually do stuff on the day when the mansions DLC drops? Har, how do you make money in GTA Online? Harm none, I’m broke. I need to make some money in GTA. So, in today’s video, I’m going to show you exactly how I make money in GTA Online. Now, full transparency before we get any further into this video. I do not want to waste anyone’s time who is not on the level of being able to even do this in the first place. Although, I am going to suggest some things for people that are maybe lower levels that are less established in GTA than I am. For example, as you guys can see, I have $193 million in GTA Online. So, I I’m not a new player by any stretch, and I’m not showing you this number to be like, “Well, look how rich I am in GTA, bro.” I don’t care. I don’t care about that. Why would I care about that? That’s stupid. Just to show you guys that I am established. Now, the absolute vast majority of this money I have made within the last, I would say, 8 months. So, I’ve made almost $200 million in 8 months. And that’s not including any expenses that I’ve had, which there have been many. I buy cars for videos and then end up selling that car for like a tenth of the price, whatever it is that Rockstar gives you these days. Not very much money. I’ve had to spend probably $100 million this year on cars just for content as well as businesses and things like that. So realistically, I’ve made like I don’t know $250 million this year, but I haven’t put that much time into GTA. The majority of the time that I’m in GTA, I’m actually just filming videos and not necessarily videos that are anything similar to this. They’re not money videos. They’re like manh hunts or hide-and-seeks or whatever. But today, I want to show you guys how I make all my money in GTA Online. A lot of people ask me this all the time, like I said. First of all, if you have CEO cargo warehouses, preferably five large CEO cargo warehouses, you are way ahead of the curve here. You can do almost exactly what I do to make money. You don’t even need another business really. Like it’s helpful to have more, but you don’t even need them really. You need to have large CEO cargo warehouses. And specifically, if you want to optimize it the best way you can, you should have this one here, the Darnell Bros warehouse, the logistics depot, the furniture warehouse, the Cypress warehouse, and the Walker and Suns warehouse. These are the five that I use. Now, about 3 weeks ago, I sold these warehouses, and I just sold them again today. I was able to fully fill them all up. And I’ll show you that when we get to the Walker and Son’s warehouse because the sale mission glitched when I went to sell it. So, I didn’t end up actually selling it. So, it’s still full. This is how you do it. Walk up to your warehouse technicians. These people spawn in each of your warehouses. Passive source. Boom. Done. Leave this warehouse. Onto the next one. You’re going to do this for every single warehouse that you own. It’s the easiest way to make money in this game, guys. It’s insanely quick. It takes no time at all. This will literally take me less than 3 minutes to do to go to all the warehouses and passive source like that by talking to the warehouse technicians. Like it’s so simple and easy and free and you can do it when you get on and do it before you get off as long as you’re on for more than 48 minutes because these people take 48 minutes to source this cargo. But the good thing is they do it whether you’re online in game or whether you’re offline. I’m talking console PC off. Like you don’t need to be even online at all, period. You probably don’t even need Wi-Fi to be completely honest. You probably disconnect your damn Wi-Fi and still get this money, which is crazy. Anyways, third warehouse now already. By the way, I’ve spent a total of $15,000. In total, this is going to cost you $35 grand to do all of it. Or sorry, $37,500 to source all your warehouses. But these people are all going to come back with one to three crates each. And they have a 1% chance at getting a special item as well. And that special item can be worth about 100 grand. For example, since I’ve been doing this method, like basically for the last, like I said, 8 months, I have gained 28 special items which sell separately to your regular cargo. They’re the blue ones here that you guys can see. They’re the only things I have in my warehouses. you can stack up some pretty good money there. I mean, my special items alone, I think, are worth about $3.6 million, and that’s I haven’t even sold them yet, you know. Uh, so I just sell the regular cargo. Now, we’re going to go to my final warehouse here. And as I said, this one I was not able to sell earlier this evening when I was selling the rest of these. So, it is still going to be full. Um, or relatively full, like almost full, like 95% full. So, we’re going to hop in here. I’m going to passive source this. As you guys can see, this warehouse pretty much full. We got this back shelf that needs filling still. So, anyway, we’re going to go and talk to this guy. Send him out on another passive source mission. Now, once I do this, I own a ton of Well, I mean, I own every business in the game to be honest. So, what I will typically do after I spawn in and do this, which is my first priority every time I get on because this is going to make the most money. And just to finish with CEO Cargo, I sell mine in a crew session, which is completely safe, guaranteed safe, and you get the crew, you get the high demand bonus for doing that as well, by the way. So, I get 50% more money than I otherwise should. Warehouses sell for $1.1 million by themselves. And with a 50% bonus on that, yeah, it’s like 15.5 mil. It’s crazy. Anyway, so I do that every three weeks roughly after I passive source. Then I’ll typically come to my car wash. I’ll collect my safe income in here. If it needs a heat reduction, I will do that as well. But that’s not my, you know, main priority here for sure. It’s just collect the safe money, move on to the next business. Now, because my car wash is right across the street from my salvage yard, I’ll go there. I’ll collect that money. I might do a tow truck mission depending on what I’m, you know, feeling like, depending on how badly my safe is doing in the salvage yard essentially. Now, once I do this, I will typically go to my agency, collect my safe income there, collect my nightclub safe income, collect my arcade safe income. Once I’ve done all that, typically I’ll have made about like, I don’t know, 500 grand because I I don’t usually do it when I have this little amount of money. I’m just doing this to show you guys exactly what I do, but I’ll go around. I’ll collect all my safe money in each of my businesses that have a safe that you can collect money from, other than the bail office because the bail office is terrible and there’s no point in even doing it. So, avoid that entirely. Now, we will go to my nightclub super quick. I’m going to collect my money in there. And then once I’ve collected all my money, the first thing I will do is call my terabyte. And I’ll call my terabyte because I have the master control terminal upgrade for it, which allows me to see all of my businesses from one location. The reason that I’ll call it is to a either purchase supplies for all of the businesses that I have or just to check on them and buy supplies for the ones that are applicable. And then I’ll go to the stash house and do the stash house because then you get free supplies for one of the businesses that are available in your terabyte. So, that helps out a lot as well. Now, full transparency here. My businesses have been full uh for probably about 3 weeks now, uh because there’s something that I’m working on behind the scenes uh that require my businesses to be full. So, I will sell them eventually. I could have sold them all tonight and I probably would have made another I don’t know 5 to7 million, I guess, while I was selling in my crew session. Uh, so I I only made $12 million for for for earlier this evening uh for passive sourcing my CEO cargo um every day like once or twice or maybe three times on certain days uh for the past 3 weeks. So 12 mil for a combined total of like uh maybe an hour in absolute total of like going to the warehouses and like passive sourcing. It’s not bad. It’s not bad. So, that’s what I would really recommend doing. Now, nightclub here. Obviously, I’m doing the VIP mission uh to increase the popularity in the nightclub to make sure my safe is earning as much money as possible. That is something that you guys should all be doing for sure if you own a nightclub. Now, just to touch on some things that if you’re a less established player in GTA, if you have less money, if you have less businesses and stuff like that, basically, whatever you do have, focus on that business. But the name of the game, as far as I’m concerned in GTA, is passive money. I love passive money. That is my number one thing. Like, I hate doing the same thing over and over again as far as like a heist or a mission goes. I’m like kind of low-key autistic that way. I don’t know why I can’t do a heist on repeat 100 times. I mean, I can. I just really prefer not to, but it’s honestly because I make so much money from my passive businesses that there’s no need to do the heists on repeat. Uh, like you’ll see people in the comments on this video talking about probably a lot of people are probably going to be saying, “I don’t know why you do all this. You should just run KO 100,000 times and, you know, get millions that way.” You do you, bro. But this is how I like to play GTA. I like to have fun in GTA and get paid while I have fun in GTA. That might be a foreign concept to a few of us here, but that’s how I prefer to play the game. You might think differently and that’s cool. Now, if you don’t have any businesses in GTA really, or if you have limited businesses, like say you have an agency, you probably should do the contract. If you have a Kasaka submarine, you should do the Kapar Rico heist as often as you can so that hopefully after Mansions is out, you’ll be able to buy some of the businesses that I’ve talked about in this video and make money with them because in my opinion, you can do both. You know, it’s better to do both. You can do KO and you can passive source CEO Cargo. People like to act like these things are exclusive. Like you can only do Kopo Perico over and over and over again or you can only do CEO Cargo and nothing else. And that’s just not the case at all. You know what I mean? So anyway, we’re at my agency right now. I’m attempting to collect this money out of the wall safe. Okay, another 160k right there. Okay, so now like I said, what I will do as soon as I get outside again is I will call my terabyte and I’m going to make sure that all my businesses are fully supplied. Now again, I have the master control terminal. If you don’t have a master control terminal, either in your arcade or in your terabyte, you will have to go to your businesses manually if you have businesses. That is, of course, if that’s the case, not the worst thing ever, but the terabyte master control terminal is probably one of the best things that money can buy in GTA Online these days. So, next time you have some money, I would heavily advise you to do that. Unfortunately, you’re going to have to buy the garment factory alongside it, which is kind of a waste of money, low key, but it enables you to do this. So, going to hop inside my Terabyte here, and what we’re immediately going to do is go to the touchscreen computer here, and we’re going to access the master control terminal. Now, as I said, all my stock for all my businesses is full. My bunker is completely full. my coke, my that my weed, my counterfeit cash, my document forgery, all completely full. I have nothing that I can really do here. But if these were empty, assuming that I’m selling as often as possible, I would purchase supplies for each of these businesses from this location. That’s what you would do. Now, outside of that, as far as like active income, making money, I would advise you if you own an agency, do some security contracts. You’re going to get paid for doing the security contracts. You’re also going to increase your daily safe income in the agency towards that $20,000 a day mark, which is good. Now, if you can get to 201 contracts completed, that will get you $20,000 a day every day into your agency wall safe, which is pretty clutch. Mine has paid me a lot of damn money over the last like 8 months. Like I said, uh since Enhanced came out, like I’ve been making money hand over fist with that. I’ve probably made 10 mil just from that. Um so, it’s very worth it. Not to mention that from the security contracts themselves, I’ve probably made like, I don’t know, $12 million. So, not exactly bad either. And you get some good practice in GTA. And honestly, the security contracts are like kind of fun to a degree. Just maybe do like one or two a day and just call it a, you know, call it a day like that. Don’t do any more than that. But now, the other thing you can do every week that I would recommend, um, things that people ignore all the time, HSW time trial. If you have HSW on your platform, you should be doing the time trial. I haven’t done mine yet, so I’m a bad boy. Your regular time trial, if you have HSW vehicles, you should use those HSW vehicles to complete the weekly time trial fairly easily, assuming you’re a decent enough driver. The stash houses you should be doing every single day. Uh, just supply almost all your businesses. Like, typically what I would do is supply all of my MC businesses and leave the bunker unsupplied. Go do the stash house. and your stash house supplies are almost guaranteed to go to the bunker. Now, another thing you guys should be doing too, assuming you own an acid lab, is give MUT a call every now and then. And by calling MUT, you can actually buy supplies for your acid lab. A lot of people don’t know that, but that is a thing. So, I would recommend doing that to make sure your acid lab is full as often as possible so you can sell it as often as possible and therefore make as much money as often as possible. And the same goes for all the rest of the businesses in GTA that rely on like the supply them they make product you sell businesses like anything like that. Bunker MC businesses acid lab any of that stuff make sure it’s supplied all the time. You don’t want any downtime because downtime is costing you money. So you don’t want any of that Now seeing as how all my businesses are full and I’m not looking to sell them. Uh, I would typically right now go do those time trials and then honestly maybe do a salvage yard like tow truck mission or two. You could do your auto shop cars. You could do a money laundering mission through the car wash. Other than that, I I would get off GTA right now to be completely honest. That’s what I would do. And I still make like $30 million a month. Obviously, I want to acknowledge too, I am a YouTuber and this is my job to play GTA. So, I do spend more time in GTA than the average person for sure. Not going to downplay that. Not going to say that I like don’t spend time in GTA, you know, I do spend a lot of time in GTA. Just trying to optimize it so it’s as efficient as possible is your best friend. So, yeah, just make sure that as soon as possible, buy five large CEO cargo warehouses. That’s basically the number one thing you’re going to need. That’s pretty much it for my guide on how to make money before mansions come out. Now, if you have large CEO cargo warehouses, hell, even if you only have one, two of them, three of them, whatever, passive source them as often as possible. You can still make real money with those businesses just by doing that. Don’t think that you’re, you know, out for the count because you only have one or two or three of them. If you have CEO cargo warehouses, even if they’re small or mediums, fill them up as often as possible, man. When you get on, before you get off, every single day, do it. And you guys, I guarantee will have at least at least if you have some of these businesses that I’m talking about, if you have one CEO cargo warehouse, two CEO cargo warehouses, if you have a bunker, if you have MC businesses, by the time mansions come out, you should be able to have at least $10 million by the time mansions come out. Please take my advice. If you’re skeptical of CEO Cargo, especially because I know a lot of people seem to be for some reason. Please trust me. It is my favorite business in the game. It is the number one business in the game. It’s almost irrefutable at how good it is, but I understand it can be confusing and it can be sketchy. And I do have a CEO Cargo guide out for that if you guys are curious to know more about it. I will leave a link to that in the description as well as any other business guides that I have. So you guys can go and check those out and try to familiarize yourselves with any other business that you can hopefully use to make money before mansions come out. You can probably have 10, maybe 20 mil by the time mansions come out. Depending on how many of these businesses and depending on how much of the strategy you actually put into play, it might be possible to make that 10, maybe 20 mil. So, I wish you guys good luck.
