The DLC Species Coming back for FREE? | Jurassic World Evolution 3
Hello everybody and welcome back to another Jurassic World Evolution 3 video. Now, as you guys have probably heard, update 1.2 is actually going to be coming out on December 9th. Now, this update is going to have a multitude of things such as new gameplay features, brand new additions to the island generator, such as biome changes, a brand new brush, and it seems resembling a swamplike with also mist. And at the very end, it was teased we’d be getting a brand new creature for free when this update drops. and the shape of this animal and the footprint and just the extra details we have, we can confidently say that this is the Dino Kyus that we returning for free on December 9th. Now, I myself am very happy about this and I know many other people are very happy. The Dino Kyus was a fan favorite that was sadly cut at the launch of Jurassic World Evolution 3, and it did seem that we would have to repay for this animal again in a future DLC pack, which could have taken months for this game to actually bring back and add in the Dinoyus. But it does seem that we won’t be having to wait long for the Dinoakyus’ grand return with a new male variant and a new baby model. And on top of this, I think it is also going to be able to swim with the shot right before the Dino Kyus’ Grand Ties was the Dimeon swimming. I think it is implied that the Dinoyus is going to be our next swimming animal being our seventh swimming species in the game. Now, I do think that they should obviously add in more species later on, but I’m very happy that we’re going to be getting new swimming species added in. I’m sure species such as the Irannosaurus, Nthasaurus, and Archalon are all going to be able to swim. So, I am just happy that our roster is going to be expanding. Now, the next thing that we need to talk about is the fate of the other DLC species. Now, the Dino Kyrus is not an evolution to base game species. It is a DLC species that was added in the feathered species pack in Jurassic with Evolution 2. Now, there was originally 20 DLC species that we had no word of, but now with the Danakyis having its fate sealed and it is going to be returning for free, we are wondering are the other 19 DLC species also going to have the same treatment? Now, with the already pre-established thought that the base game evolution 2 species are going to be added in for free every month, that means that it’s going to be around 19 of updates. Now, because of this, if all the other species are going to be added in for free, this would increase our game’s lifespan from a year and a half to like 3 years at the minimum. Now, I think this is a very good thing. Now, originally, Jurassic Revolution 1 and 2 had nowhere near as long of this of lifespan. Jurassic Revolution 2 was closer, but I don’t think any of these games have actually hit a three-year for support. Now, I do think that Jurassic Reolution 3 doesn’t need a sequel. Quite frankly, I think it’s a very good game by itself, and I don’t think there’s features that can’t be fixed through free updates as opposed to breeding in Jurassic Reolution, which probably couldn’t have been added in through. Now, the Denyus was, I feel like, not actually planned to be released in December. I actually feel like this is just something they rather threw in as it does seem that Jurassic Revolution 3 has a more spontaneous buildup. As originally for Jurassic Revolution 3’s launch, it was confirmed that we would only be getting 86 species, but we ended up with 90. So, it is a very interesting thing that they changed that. And then here, it does seem that they just threw in this denyus at the last minute, which obviously I don’t think the Dinoyus model is going to be even buggy or anything. I’m just glad that it’s going to be added in. There’s a lot of things that we could do with these returning species fit into lots of DLCs and I honestly thought the dinoy was going to be saved for a semi-aquatic pack, but I’m very gladly proven wrong. Now, I do think not every single species is going to be added in for free. I do think that that would be the best case scenario, but I feel like this is also going to be happening. I feel like some species were going to be added in for free and some of them were not. Some of them were going to be resold and some would be saved for free updates just like this one. The fate of these animals is still very much unknown, but I do think that the fact that Adana character was added in for free is a very good thing and was honestly probably my most wanted species that was sadly cut. And I’m very happy that it has been added back in. With so many species to add in, it is very possible that they could all be added in as DLC, but I really hope that that is not the case. And with our next DLC probably coming out in December, I feel like we can also make some predictions based on just this. With Jurassic World Evolution 3 having the deinocheirus coming back a free fan favorite dinosaur from the Jurassic World Franchise. Is it possible the other dinosaurs and other species will have similar treatment and added in for free as the game lives on for the future of the dinosaur game
