MEGA LUCARIO-Z! LIVE Reaction and Breakdown for Mega Dimension DLC!
Here’s the deal. Predictions. Mega Dimension DLC. Brand new Mega Evolution being revealed today. I genuinely think we are getting Lucario Mega Z today. I think we’re going to get a new Lucario form. I spoke about this in a video yesterday. I feel really strong about this. Um, I think it just makes sense. Karina gives you a Lucario at the end of the the gameplay story. Lucario we know is one of the leaked megas. I think it makes sense for them to reveal a new mega that already had a mega to kind of have that shock factor, especially since we know that Garchomp, Absol, and Lucario are all getting new mega evolutions for the Mega Dimension DLC. Leak spoilers. Um, so I think it’s going to be Z. I think it’s going to be Z Lucario. I think there’s a chance that it’s the Absol or the Garchomp. I wouldn’t be surprised there, but I do think it’s going to be Lucario. That is my strongest guess right now. I think we’re also going to get some reveals for some new Pokemon that are going to be uh in the game. And in in an ideal world, we actually find out some more about the shiny hunting mechanic. If they introduce a new shiny hunting mechanic, that would be pretty hype. Uh so that’s my thought. Let me know in the chat what you want to see revealed today most. I want to see Mega Galisopod revealed. That is my number one. I want to see Mega Galisopod revealed. I don’t think it’s going to get revealed today, but if it did, I would be insanely excited about that. And this is also a friendly reminder. We set records over there for the number one funded video game of 2025. But I felt a deep desire to come back to content creation because honestly, I missed you guys. I had so much fun streaming ZA and streaming content again that I decided to come back full-time. So, I’m back to content creation. That means pretty much daily videos, pretty much daily streams, and we’re throwing down. So, if you are not following the channel or subscribed on YouTube, you should totally do those things. I don’t know if I like him more or less than the other one. It’s interesting that he’s like standing on one level. Is he f He’s faster. All right, we got some holarware. Let’s look at the Pokemon website. I think it’s still fighting. Yeah, that’s my guess, too. We’ll see if there’s any confirmation of that. I’m looking to see if the English website will be updated. I’m trying to be I’m on Pokemon.com, but it isn’t showing it. It isn’t showing it to me. Sarah update. Mega evolution Z Pokemon have shorter charge time for moves but use more mega gauge. Oh, interesting. So, the Mega Z Pokemon have a shorter charge time but they use more of their gauge. Okay. Mega Lucario Z fighting steel type 108 pounds 4 foot three. Okay. So, there you go. So, it is it is fighting and steel type apparently. So apparently it’s the same type guys. Oh, it is updated now on the website and that is confirmed. So there you go. Mega Lucario Z. It was determined to be a mega evolution rather than a regular evolution based on how its form changed through exposure to a mega stone and it’s increase in power far outstanding that of the average Lucario. It is called Mega Lucario Z in order to differentiate it from the previously discovered Mega Lucario. It is the Aura Pokemon fighting in steel, 4 foot3, 108 pounds. The long fur growing around its head and waist, as well as its fan-shaped tail, make it difficult to get a full view of Mega Lucario Z’s aggressive movements. In close combat, this can work to visually disorient opponents. Areas of its body, such as the backs of its hands and its shins, have been hardened with steel energy. By concentrating its strength precisely into those hardened parts, it can deliver powerful blows that wouldn’t seem possible based on its appearance. So there you go. There you go. Fighting in steel type Mega Lucario Z officially confirmed that we are getting new mega evolutions. This is exactly what we predicted. Feeling really good. I actually made a video yesterday talking about this exact topic, talking about Mega Z Pokemon. We called it right. It was in the title of my video. I’m feeling pretty good about that one. Um, and again, I was right on right on that one. I get it wrong most of the time. 99% of the time I’m wrong. This time I was right. So, someone pat me on the back, please. I want you all to type pat in the chat. Not patters. Pat. Okay? That way I can pat myself on the back for being right one out of a 100 times. Water is indeed wet. Very cool. Very cool. Uh, I think the biggest disappointment here for this guy is that he is not uh not a new type. I think that was a miss. I think changing it to a new type would have been way better. Uh, could have been ghost type, could have been dark type, could have been dragon type. Leaving it as fighting and steel feels disappointing personally. Feels disappointing to me. So, I’m a little sad about that. That’s that’s my only gripe. But other than that, uh, I’m not I’m not too pressed on it, right? like kind of is what it is. Kind of is what it is. So, that pretty much concludes our Lucario reaction here. And I don’t hate the design. I actually feel like the design is pretty decent. Like, I don’t I don’t think it’s bad at all. Um, I don’t love it. I think like I think if you ditch those two strands of hair, like the one in the front and one in the back, I think it would be a better design if you just got rid of this like wiggly design here. Just get rid of that. And I honestly feel like it’s like way cooler if you just got rid of this. Like I don’t know if if you just legitimately just get rid of it and like make it have two strands in the back instead of the just the weird front one is the one that’s weird to me. They have Z’s on them. Oh, it does have a Z on them all over the place. That’s I wonder how they came up with the name for the Mega Z. Um, okay. Well, that’s that.
