GTA ONLINE NEW MANSIONS DLC LEAK, Michael, BUSINESS PROPERTY, Mansion Money (GTA5 DLC Update 2025)
Yo, what is going on guys? Welcome back to another GTA 5 video. So, as I’m sure all of you guys are aware, Rockstar Games have confirmed that we will be receiving a brand new DLC known as a safe house in the hills that will be releasing on December 9th. And of course, whilst we know that we will be receiving brand new mansion properties with this DLC, going off to history in GTA Online, the winter DLC’s are often the biggest updates that Rockstar Games roll out throughout the year. Now, one thing that has been spoken about a ton over the years by a bunch of different data miners and big gaming outlets is that we will be seeing Michael Santa return, but this time in the online universe. Of course, recently Rockstar Games pushed the release of GTA 6 back until November next year. So, with only one year left in GTA 5, what a perfect way to go ahead and reintroduce the character that we all started GTA 5 with over a decade ago to finish things off before we all move off to Vice City. Now, like I said, there has been many different rumors and leaks indicating that Michael will be making a return into GTA 5 online. And of course, it would just make sense with a mansion DLC, considering Michael is the only main character from GTA 5 that basically starts off in a mansion. Now, not only has there been leaks and rumors of certain characters reappearing in GTA 5 online, but of course, whilst we know we’re receiving a mansion property as a personal property, we also often receive a different property with a DLC, of course, being a business property. Now, I’m also going to be covering some new leaks as to do with the type of business we should be seeing with the upcoming December DLC. Okay, so these brand new leaks are coming from probably the most credible data miner or leaker in the GTA V community, Tezvs 2. He went ahead and posted this. Since the release of executives and other criminals, any new interior introduced is labeled as simple interior. Since then, all new properties were received throughout the years were labeled the same. The recipe for new DLCs tend to always include a new simple interior. It’s pretty much expected we would receive a new one within this upcoming summer update. Since the Los Santos summer special arrival, the free mode creator as an internal tool came into the scene and became a standard tool for the designers as it’s utilized for pretty much anything free mode related. Even the HSW time trial on PS5 and Xbox series was made via the free mode creator. Same applies to the new tutorial that came with the career builder. We should expect to see the same with the upcoming update. But what will those new free mode events revolve around is unknown. If we are to expect the next DLC to introduce us to Michael, we could potentially own a property at Richard’s Majestic Studio and maybe have a Roselia star in a movie or something. Just like we saw the changes occurring to Franklin’s house. Maybe we could see the same apply to Michael’s house. So, it looks like Michael the Santa will be making a return into GTA 5 online, which makes perfect sense. Of course, Franklin made a return in the contract DLC. We currently can see Lester always reappearing with every other DLC, and we have contact missions from Trevor. And Michael the Santa is the missing piece from the story mode characters that basically hasn’t reappeared in GTA 5 online. And of course, if you guys did pay close attention to the contract DLC, Franklin does mention Michael quite a bit. So, of course, we do know he’s still alive, and maybe that was Rockstar Games hinting at him reappearing in a future DLC. And of course, he also mentions in this post that the property we might be owning is Richard’s Majestic Studio. And if you guys aren’t aware of what Richard’s Majestic Studio is, it’s basically the movie studio in GTA 5 online. So, where you see a lot of the set and props are. And of course, Michael ended up investing in this studio over in story mode. So, of course, it would make perfect sense to involve him if this was to become the next available property. Now, what’s even more interesting, more coding was found in GTA 5 online that was later removed with the Criminal Enterprises DLC. And Tesons 2 actually spoke about this on Twitter. He went ahead and said this. In addition to the movie reference from the Spookchi Job Remix, Roll Shoe found out Rockstar added a new scenario Spawn Point on GTA 5 PS5 and Xbox Series in front of record a studios with movie set as the assigned PE model set. A hint at a movie DLC with Michael question mark. And then he also does include an image here showing where the spawn point was that was assigned movie set. And then Teson 2 does follow up with another tweet showing you can find the NPC assigned to the movie set scenario between 7 to 11 a.m. in game. And then he goes on to show another image here exactly of this pedestrian here who was part of this movie set spawn location. pretty much just confirming that Rockstar Games next DLC theme will be based around the movie studio. Now, of course, this could include a bunch of fun style missions where you’re having to record different types of movies, whether that be a cops and robbers style movie or a UFO alien style movie. There really is a lot of potential if Rockstar Games do do this DLC in the right way. And do be sure to leave a comment down below. Of course, Los Santos is based off Los Angeles in real life, which is Hollywood, which is basically the movie capital of the world when they make some of the biggest movies, so it only makes sense Rockstar Games were to bring out some sort of DLC themed along this line. And I think we can all agree Michael the Santa is a funny character from story mode. So, it really would be great to see him make his way into GTA 5 online.
