GTA ONLINE NEW MANSIONS DLC, Michael, BUSINESS, Police Car, TRAILER Breakdown (GTA5 DLC Update 2025)
Yo, what is going on guys? Welcome back to another GTA 5 video. So, as I’m sure all of you guys are aware, Rockstar Games are dropping a brand new DLC into the game on December 10th, which will be known as a safe house in the hills. And only last night, I made a video that around 20,000 of you guys seen letting you guys know that Michael de Santa will be making a return. I was the only person in the entire GTA community letting you guys know that it would make sense a character like Michael would return with a mansion DLC. And it looks like Rockstar Games have just confirmed this by dropping another new trailer, which we are going to be fully breaking down in today’s video. I’m also going to be letting you guys know about some more leaks as to what we can expect with this upcoming DLC in only 5 days. Not only do we know about a bunch of new vehicles, characters, but we’ve also got a bunch of details as to what these mansions are going to be all about. With that being said, let’s get into the video. Okay, so the brand new trailer starts off showing of course Dev Weston’s mansion, which we do know will be one of the mansions getting a brand new upgrade becoming available for purchase. We do get a glimpse. We already had a good idea that there would be a helipad with these mansions and we can clearly see this with a helicopter landing on top of the mansion. However, the next scene goes on to show some players partaking in yoga. So, we do know that there is going to be some new features and activities. Good to see that Rockstar Games are going to let players do yoga from now on. However, more importantly, we can also see a dog here on the front lawn. So hopefully we’ll also be able to have pets with this mansion property. Of course, now that Rockstar Games have added animals into free mode. It just would make sense for Rockstar Games to allow pets to roam around the garden. We can also spot one of the characters wearing a new soccer themed t-shirt made by the Mana brand in GTA 5. However, the next scene pans out of the yoga scene as you guys can see on screen. And we’ll get a better glimpse here of the entire revamped roof that will be part of the mansion as you guys can see on screen right next to the helipad. Looks to be having a picnic as I said where you will be able to partake in some yoga. However, more importantly and as I’ve been telling you guys now for some time. I literally only made a video on this yesterday when no one was talking about this. I knew for a fact. I can’t tell you exactly why I knew this, but I gave you guys the insider knowledge that Michael DeSanta would be returning with this DLC. As you guys can see on screen, I went into full details as to why he would be returning. And as you guys can see on screen by the next scene, Michael de Santa will be one of the neighbors welcoming you to the neighborhood with a bottle of champagne. However, the next scene here goes on to show the interior of the upcoming mansion with a massive art piece on the wall. As you guys can see on screen, like I mentioned in a previous video, we do know these properties are going to have a bunch of customization features similar to the penthouse where we could add our own decorations, paintings, and furniture. We also get a glimpse here of the new AI powered office. I will be going into more detail in a future video as I already had leaks to do with this new AI upgrade that Rockstar Games would be rolling out, but I thought I’d wait off until we seen the trailer. And as you guys can see on screen, and if we take a look at the computer screen inside the office, we can see different businesses owned, but this will be a super hub for all of the businesses that we do have in GTA 5 online. As we all know now, this is the final year of GTA 5. It’s a bit long going from point A to point B to manage different businesses. Especially if you’re buying a big mansion property, it would make sense just to manage all of the businesses under one location. However, the next scene goes on to show an underground vault where, as you guys can see on screen, stacked up with dollar bills. So, just like in many properties, we can have a safe which can generate money. We can go ahead and collect. Whether this is the garment factory, the arcade, or the bail office, you make your way up to the safe to collect the earnings. So, this looks like that feature, but on a massive scale. I do believe we should be able to collect all of our business earnings from the vault downstairs in one go. Like I mentioned earlier, at this point in GTA 5, there’s multiple different businesses that generate income that could only be collected from the safe. So, by having a massive vault at one location where all of your safe earnings could get collected, that would just make perfect sense. Now, the next scene goes on to show some artillery room with some new super heavy body armor along with a bunch of screws and tools, almost insinuating we will be getting some sort of upgrade option at this new workshop as it does go on to pan towards a gun rack. However, the next scene I know a lot of you car guys are going to be excited about as we do get a glimpse of the upcoming garage which I did give you guys a heads up about last week. And going off this image does look identical to the leaks that we spoke about. So, if you do want more information on what this garage is all about, it was originally meant to be included with the Highife DLC and it looks like Rockstar Games have now found the perfect opportunity to release it. However, we also get a glimpse of a bunch of new vehicles that Rockstar Games will also be releasing with this DLC, and I will be doing a full breakdown on all of these vehicles later tonight, letting you guys know what they’re based off in real life, as well as the price estimations. However, the next scene goes on to show another feature which I spoke about and gave you guys the heads up that would be available at the mansion property, and that is an arcade room. As you guys can see on screen, a big massive room simply dedicated to arcade machines. And hopefully we do see Rockstar Games return some of the cut games that we knew about, including air hockey, pool, and even table tennis. However, the next scene goes on to show more of the mansion, as you guys can see, with what looks to be a bunch of different upgrades or features. Of course, if multiple players can own this property, it’s going to be interesting to see how the outdoor section is going to work. most likely very similar to the casino. Of course, we do have a rooftop bar and you can own a penthouse there where multiple people could own the same penthouse. So, the bar area is shared whereas inside of the property that can be completely private. Now, I am almost 100% certain that Rockstar Games will make this a safe zone. So, just think of the casino where multiple players can gather at that location or the LS car meet, but you can’t pull out any guns. I think Rockstar Games will make this very similar as they don’t want a bunch of griefers on day one just blowing up outside of the mansions that can’t afford one. However, as you guys can see on screen by the next scene, we then get another look of the inside of the mansions and the interiors. We could see a modern looking wooden table with a massive kitchen area. Not too much to give away here. However, the next scene goes on to show a massive statue staple piece of this mansion as you guys can see right in the center location. So, just like I said earlier with the casino penthouse, very similar how you can purchase more expensive statues. Hopefully, they do make these statues more rarer and you have to complete certain tasks to unlock them. Otherwise, I think they’ll all look the same. However, the next scene shows some sort of indoor nightclub. We can’t really tell if this is an existing nightclub already in the game or we will have the option to add a mini nightclub inside of the mansion. Only time will tell. However, the next scene goes on to show a character partaking in a new mission out at sea on one of the tugboats. And as always, as I mentioned to you guys now, a normal staple piece with every DLC will include some police themed content. And we get another glimpse here of a police chase showcasing some new vehicles. Most importantly, the police buffalo car, as I told you guys, would be getting released also with this DLC. And then we get another scene here of people dancing around on a dance floor, making me think there is definitely going to be a nightclub inside of the mansion. And then we also get a glimpse here of a new nerve center as you guys can see on screen. Now the next scene goes on to show another character here on another worktop setup inside of a property that I don’t recognize. Leave a comment down below if you guys recognize the inside of this property, but most likely will be to do with the business side of this DLC and not the mansions as we often do receive a business property alongside a personal one. And then the next scene goes on to show some glimpses of the upcoming mission where our characters are taking out the bins and Michael holding a gun. So hopefully this will be some sort of upcoming mini heist with this DLC. We get another glimpse here of the upcoming police buffalo car. And then we get another scene of Michael smashing the AI getting angry with another new vehicle bursting through a billboard. most likely a scene to do with the upcoming heist as we do get another scene here of another police chase. Very common of what we’d see with heists throughout the entire GTA history. Of course, heists are about stealing large amounts of money from establishments. So, it would make sense that the police have been chasing the players through the entire trailer. If any of you guys grinded out any of the original OG heists or even the heist with Michael from the original story mode, it would just make sense that they coincided this with a heist and mansions, seeing as the heist DLC’s always do the best when it comes to player numbers. We also get a scene here that takes part out in the ocean. So once again, hopefully this heist will be multi-dimensional like most heists are. and then cut back to the police chase once again showcasing the new upcoming supercars. And then we get another glimpse of Michael here sitting down with our character talking about life and what it’s like in the neighborhood. And then to finish it off, we get another glimpse here of the upcoming vehicle, which if you guys haven’t clocked on by now, has a 360 recording camera on top of it. So, these vehicles are most likely going to be based off the new Google cars that you probably seen driving around that record Google Street View. Very interesting to see how these cars are going to work in GTA 5. We’ll probably have to use them in the upcoming heist in some way, shape, or form to use them to get some sort of camera footage. And then Rockstar Games finish it off by letting everyone know the DLC will be releasing on a random December 10th, which will be a Wednesday. Rockstar Games have always released DLCs on a Tuesday or a Thursday. Maybe this is to do with Rockstar Games firing a load of employees recently, but it is important to take note that the DLC will be releasing next Wednesday. So, like I told you guys yesterday, and as I’ve been telling you throughout the year, Michael would be making a return. They was only waiting for the perfect DLC to do so, coinciding with a big luxury mansion, which we do know Michael starts GTA 5 in with a nice mini heist to relive those old days. And like I said in yesterday’s video, it wasn’t only the Michael return that I heard about. There is some more leaks that I will be letting you guys know about in the coming days.
