EVERYTHING you NEED TO DO before Pokemon Mega Dimension DLC!

The Mega Dimension DLC is just a few days away, and there’s a few key things that you can do to make sure you’re prepared to dive in to the hyperspace holes of Hoopa. Let’s take a look. I don’t know about y’all, but I am so excited to shy hunt and chase down some of these new megas and of course level 120 Pokémon. I feel like I’m back on Cineabar Island doing Missing No Glitch when I was 7 years old, encountering Pokémon over level 100. This DLC is going to be crazy and I’ve got my fingers crossed they’re going to add some new shiny hunting methods and much much more. But in this video, I’m going to get you guys prepared because we only have a few days left and you want to stay glued to the channel so you’re in the know and you have all the guides and tutorials you need for the Mega Dimension DLC. So, make sure you guys like the video and subscribe to the channel down below. Help us get close to a million subscribers once again. And if you find that I missed anything in this video or have any tips or advice, feel free to use the comments down below as we are a team. We are a community, the A Drive Army. and we’re going to have some fun with that. But there’s a lot of things that you guys can do to get yourselves ready that’s not going to take a ton of time. And I can tell you I’m personally doing a bunch of these things myself. So, let’s just kick it off. The first thing you want to do is beat the game. That seems pretty easy enough. But by finishing the game, you’re going to be able to access a ton of different Pokemon. You’re going to be able to access the final kind of wild area zone, which gets you a really powerful Pokemon that’ll ultimately help you on your adventure. And more than that, you get your Lucario, which I think is a pretty straightforward decision there. that Lucario given to you by Karina at the end of the game is going to be able to mega evolve into mega Lucario Z which I know most of us at least want to take advantage of it even though it’s still steel and fighting type. I wish it switched it up but you should of course finish your game and there’s all sorts of postgame stuff that you can do and Zygarde and everything in between. So if you’re interested in finishing all that very easy to do there you can just kind of finish your adventure. So this is your your kind of final warning there. The next thing I would strongly recommend is getting your colorful screws and getting your canary plushes. I’ll be real, this is something that I skipped on my main playthrough, but I’ve since doubled back to go do. These canary plushes are insane and they’re going to lend you very well for some of the other things that you’re going to want to do. So, this is the first thing you should do in my opinion. At the very least, you should be getting the blue Canary plush. In my opinion, you should be focusing on the pink Canary plush. And I think the the gold canary plush is another one that’s really good. I think you could probably skip green. You could probably skip red, but four of the five are really good. The green one, I think, is the least important one, the blackout one, but you really want to get your money up. You want to get your experience up. The catching one is really handy. And of course, the prize money one can make a massive difference as you want to get your cha-ching cha-ching ready to go because all of these things are crucial as you head into the DLC. The focus that I have right now in my game on my live streams is getting my shiny charm. And while this can be a tremendous grind to get your shiny charm, there are a few things that you can do to expedite the process. One of which is you can do some auto battles at Cafe Laya. I recommend getting an alpha guard chomp with sand tomb. Give it the rocky helmet and you can farm battles at Cafe Laya with an auto controller. If you don’t have a turbo controller, I’ll link the one I have in the description below. You can use my link and pick one up. Probably get it Amazon to you quick enough. But a turbo controller can actually speed through this process if you rubber band or hair tie the L button down. you have an opportunity to actually turbo through it. You set it and forget it. About a night of the game auto doing it and you can complete all your 1,00 battles for the shiny charm. But there’s a few other quests you’re going to need and that’s where those plushies come in really handy cuz you’re going to need the money. You’re going to need to be able to capture things a little bit easier. And you’re also going to want to be able to ultimately get those uh shards a lot more effectively cuz you got to buy a lot of mega stones. And this is your opportunity to go to Quazart to go, get all your mega stones, go to the mega shop, get all those mega stones, and stock yourself up and make sure you have everything you could possibly need for that. And I think the shy charm is super worth it, man. Like, in my mind, I’ll be real, I wasn’t planning to get the shiny charm in this game. And then I saw the leaks of what’s coming in terms of the Pokedex, and I’m like, yo, there’s quite a few of these that I want to shiny hunt for. Specifically, Galissopod. That’s the one I want, man. I want a Galisopod. I really want it badly. And if you guys are interested, one of the things you can do as well is start to plan out your team. What Pokemon are you most excited for in the DLC? Which ones do you want to make sure you go after? I always have a fun time planning my team out, deciding what I’m going to try to chase after, what I want to prioritize. So, that’s what I would recommend doing as well. And I’ve got a video for that. I’ll put it in the link in the description below, and you guys can check it out of all the leaked Pokemon so far for the DLC, the entire deck, so you don’t miss out on what could be there. Cuz, you know, you only got so much space in your team. I’m sure you’re going to want to use some of the stuff that you already have. So, you might have to wiggle some things around. But, I tell you what, I’m getting my shotty charm this week. I’m getting that Galisopod. I’m running out of time, but I’m really close. So, this is going to be a really important piece there. Fill your Pokédex. Get your team ready to rock. Plan it all out and get everything going there. The next thing you’re going to want to do is get your berry game up. This sounds a little crazy cuz you’re probably like, “Dan, why do I need berries? Like, what am I going to do with those?” And when you run around the world and you pick up those little glistening spots, you do naturally pick up berries pretty easily. So, you probably have a lot of berries in your inventory, but I think that there’s a lot of value in going around to the various berry shops and stocking up on berries because from the trailer footage we’ve seen so far, you’re going to be making these donuts, and you’re going to need the berries to make the donuts. And the donuts are going to be what’s giving you these power-ups to be able to deal with these really powerful over level 100 Pokemon in the DLC. So, it may be to your best advantage to make sure you’re grabbing all those sparkly things while you’re working on your Shine Charm. Maybe want to grab some berries at the shops. This is where the money stuff comes in. Rogue sector six berry shops gets you a ton of different berries. You got the West of the Wild Zone 3 has more berry shops. There’s a couple stalls there. There’s a magenta sector 6 berry shops which have even more. You got the John Plaza berry shop which have even more battle berries. So, there’s a couple different locations in the game that you can travel to to buy berries. They’re about 200 bucks a pop. They’re relatively inexpensive, but we’ll have to wait and see how we’re going to utilize them in the DLC. You might want to just accumulate your money and then know where the berry shops are so you can throw down and get all the berries you could possibly need when the DLC ultimately drops. So again, farming that money absolutely crucial. And the best way to get your finances good is ultimately you got to do those ZA royals, man. I think that that’s a really effective way to do it. Picking up stuff off the ground and selling it is a really effective way to do it. That Canary plush is big though. That Canary plush is going to maximize your return. That’s going to be really big. You don’t want to miss out on those various things. Fighting the trainers, defeating the trainers, ZA Royale, you can do all that good stuff to be able to get a lot of money with that gold Canary plushy. And side quests will ultimately help you as well. There’s quite a few side quests in the game that are going to generate some moola. So, you’ve got a couple different strings you can pull there to get your finances in order. But, I think the easiest way honestly is just you could do the ZA Royale if you don’t want to autoc controller. You can get a ton of money that way. You can use that to buy various things, including Pokeballs. There’s a Pokeball boutique that’s basically near restaurant Lea. It’s across from Quazardico. The Pokeball boutique is going to give you the opportunity to get a ton of different Pokeballs. So, if you’re someone like me and you want to match your aesthetics, you want to grab your net balls, you want to pick up some Premier Balls, you want to grab some timer balls, whatever it may be, that is going to be a great place to go is at the Pokeball Center, the Pokeball Boutique. Get your Pokeballs ready. Stock up. I know I’ve been blowing through them like crazy, man, trying to complete my decks. This is a great way to do it and get yourself repaired. So, your berries, your Pokeballs, your finances, your plushies, get it all locked in. And I think the best thing you could do is get that shiny charm. Man, I’m telling you, it’s going to be huge. I I’m very excited actually to have my shiny charm cuz I feel like it’s going to be such a difference maker to have that big roll on everything that’s going to be in the DLC. It’s going to be crazy to see these streams when I’m popping off finding shinies left and right. You’re not going to want to miss it right here on the channel.
