Nightreign DLC Already Broke Me
I recently tried the Night Rain DLC and it immediately reminded me that I am in fact Mortal. So, first match, me and my brother wanted to try the new characters. Halfway through the fight, the internet said, “Nope, just cut the cord on us like Miyazaki himself pulled the plug.” Next day, I squatted up with Fluffy and Matrix, my usual Night Rain lifelines, and we get absolutely deleted by the Night One bosses, plural, because the DLC said, “Let’s give them demon from above and demon from below at the same time.” Basically a sandwich except you’re the meat. And here’s the fun part. Whichever demon you kill first decides what version of the demon prince you face on night two. Straight DS3 rules. Nostalgic in the same way me talking about my high school injuries is nostalgic. Third match. We actually make it to night two. Start feeling good. And the demon prince shows up like surprise trauma you’ve already paid for. And we still got cooked. I’m not sure how I feel about the new map yet. It’ be the layout. Could be me wandering around like a lost toddler. But time will tell. DLC is wild. be suffering more soon. Till then, keep them peeled.
Tried the new Nightreign DLC and immediately got humbled. Lost internet, got folded by Demon Form Above and Demon From Below, and then the Demon Prince finished the job. New map is chaos, but time will tell. More suffering soon… keep ’em peeled.
