Who is the best DLC mega evolution? Let’s find out. At first, I thought it had to be Mega Absol, the first Z mega we encounter in the DLC with insane speed and ridiculous attack. But then I remembered Mega Dark Cry, whose design is so terrifying it looks like its eye is staring right into my soul. So, are those the best DLC megas? Not even close. Because then we get hit with the Gen 3 primal duo, Kyogre and Groudon. Their stats are so insane, they make every other mega look like it’s a joke. But even they are the best compared to the top three. Number three is Mega Heat Ran, a design that looks like it’s Guz Lord’s cheap cousin, but it hits like a truck full of lava. Number two is Mega Starraptor. It’s so intimidating, you better keep your whole team inside the Pokeball. And number one needs no explanation. Coming straight out of retirement, it’s the GOAT Mega Rayqua.
