Shiny Hunt Fossil Pokemon FAST & EASY in Legends Z-A DLC

There is a new and extremely easy way of shiny hunting for fossil Pokémon in the Mega Dimension DLC. So, make sure you stay until the end to find out how. Previously, the only way you were able to shiny hunt for fossil Pokémon was to head to the store, buy the fossils, and bring them back to life in a laboratory. But that has all changed because now you can actually find them in hyperspace. And the best part is they all spawn in groups. Spawning Pokémon in groups allows you to effectively and naturally increase your shiny odds by whatever number of the same wild Pokémon are in that group. Meaning, instead of having your regular shiny odds with a shiny charm at one in 1,024 spawns, if you have five of the same Pokémon in that area, technically the odds are still the same for each individual Pokémon, but you do have five times more of a chance of spawning a shiny. Sort of making the odds about one in 205 reset spawns for that group of Pokémon. Right now, I have a space hole on my map showing a Tyron. So, I’m going to head to Hotel Z and create a donut, which is effectively going to give me a good amount of time to stay in hyperspace. The shiny base donut is not needed most of the time as it’s already so easy to find shinies in hyperspace. You want to aim for at least a 6 7 minute timer on the donut as you will see why. Now, as soon as you enter hyperspace, your mission is to locate a nice spawn area of that fossil Pokémon away from other wild Pokémon, as other wild Pokémon could interrupt your shiny hunting process. Once you find a good spawn area for that Pokemon you were hunting, your next job is to group them together as close to each other as possible. Because now you could bring a Pokemon like Excadrill, whose earthquake can knock out multiple opponents at once. Wait for the fainting sound animation and then save the game. Usually, I would time how long it takes for the Pokémon to spawn back in. But in hyperspace, we already have a timer, so just save the game every minute from where the Pokémon fainted and wait for them to spawn back in. Once they spawn, note the approximate time on your Hyperspace meter. That tells you when the Pokémon will respawn. Close the game, reopen it, and wait again from your last 1 minute checkpoint until the meter reaches that spawn time. And right before it does, save your game. This way, you can repeatedly reload the game, and each time the same number of Tyrant will spawn. And of course, all the Tyron will be different. There is also a chance for an alpha to spawn, which means you could potentially get a shiny Alpha Tyron as well. This shiny hunt personally took me just under an hour in comparison to the usual days of trying to get a fossil Pokémon for restoration. And so even after I caught the shiny Tyrant, I still had plenty of time to complete my missions. And so I did just that, making the entire shiny hunt very productive. Once I had caught the tyrant, I switched to daytime to evolve him at level 39. And now I had myself a shiny tarantum, which I had caught in just under an hour.
