Team Cherry has just confirmed in 2026 we are getting Silkong DLC and we have a title on Team Cherry's official blog. They took this time at the end of the year to thank the entire player base for playing Silkong and for the absolutely astounding response. However, something else that they shared along with their thanks is the fact that the Sea of Sorrow DLC will be coming out in 2026 for all of the Silkong community, and it will be free to play, much like the DLC was for Hollow Knight. So far, we know there's going to be new areas, new bosses, new tools, and more. Hornets Adventures are going to continue in our nautically themed expansion coming free for all players next year. will keep further details a secret for now, but expect additional info shortly before Hollow Night Silk Song Sea of Sorrow releases.
