Broken Shiny Hunting Method for RARE ALPHA Pokemon in Legends Z-A DLC
One of the hardest alpha shinies to previously obtain in Pokemon Legends EA is now extremely easy in the Mega Dimension DLC. There is a broken method that everyone has been using in order to guarantee a shiny Pokémon whenever you enter hyperspace. And it's all to do with this donut. First of all, you will need to visit a Pokémon center. This will create a backup save file for us, which is going to be extremely important. Now, head over to Hotel Z and prepare shiny donut with Ana using Hyper Tanganger. This will allow you to get a random sparkling power and any other additional benefits they provide. For this specific hunt, we need sparkling power ground level three and alpha power level two or above. And as you can see here, we didn't manage to get that. And unfortunately, the game does save. But because we made a backup save file, we can exit the game and open it back up because now in the loading screen, we can hold up on the D-pad and press X and B simultaneously. This will load us into the last Pokémon Center we were at. So now we can head back to Aner. Prepare the donut again and keep doing this until we get our desired powers. I ended up getting mine in just under half an hour. And so now just reroll the day and night cycle until you get a hyperspace hole with Gibble. But when you do, do not enter just yet. Once again, head to a Pokémon center and create a backup save file. From there, you can now head to the hyperspace hole Gibble is at. Once you enter and arrive, you will see a mission that says catch shiny Pokémon. This basically tells you that there is a guaranteed shiny Gibble somewhere inside this map. Usually the guaranteed shiny wouldn't just be based on one Pokemon, but because Gibble is the only ground type Pokémon in that hyperspace, we basically guarantee ourselves a shiny Gibble every single time we enter. But I don't want a regular shiny Gibble. I want an alpha shiny Gibble. So exit the game and open it back up. You will respawn at the last Pokémon Center you were at. Because now we could go back to the hyperspace hole and every time we enter the hyperspace, a different shiny Gibble will spawn. It might be in a different area to the previous one you saw. So, don't just go across a map searching for it. And we are going to do this method until we reroll a shiny alpha gible. The odds are genuinely insane. I managed to come across a shiny alpha gible in my fourth attempt. And this time, of course, when you see the alpha shiny gibble, make sure you save the game. Now, choose your desired Pokéball. Go ahead and catch that shiny Alpha. I would recommend to take out the shiny alpha and then catch it as it makes life a lot easier. And now, because I still have loads of time left in hyperspace, I can go and complete the last remaining challenge. So, I could get that golden ball with rare berries. And now I can go shiny hunting again for whichever Pokémon I want. I'm personally going to go back and get myself another shiny alpha gible. So, I'm going to go back to that same spot, take out all the gibbles at once using my Kyogre, and then save the game. Now I'm going to wait for them to respawn back in. And when they do, now I will know the exact time on which they all respawn. So now I could close and open the game back up. Wait for that moment just before they respawn back in and save the game. This will allow me to close and open up the game until I spawn a shiny gible. I kept doing this for about an hour and I spawned a regular shiny gible. But unfortunately, as you guys might know, I had to leave it as I did want an alpha. I exited the game and kept r-rolling the spawns. I kept getting regular shinies and obviously I couldn't catch them. So, I kept trying and after about 2 hours, I finally managed to spawn in what I wanted. Look at that chunky boy. He's so cool. I chose a heavy ball this time to mix it up. I went in with Garam to attack the chunky boy. I threw the heavy ball and call myself my second shiny Alpha Gibble of the hunt.
