Pretty mcuh straight forward to the problem: I had a friend check the components of my Nintendo that was broken like 6 years ago and said there's like a sensor in the screen that makes the Nintendo turn itself on when it recieves a signal, and its damaged. Since its damaged, it doesnt recieve that signal so everytime you press the power button, the blue light comes out but after a few seconds it shuts down. Back then i searched for homemade solutions but nothing worked out. Is there a way to replace the sensor/find a new one or repair it? I really want to repair this Nintendo since it was my childhoods dream that came true but tragically died.

I had this same problem when reassembling my 3DS. The issue was that I hadn’t properly seated the bottom screen ribbon cable—the thinnest one. Once I reconnected it, it turned on perfectly.
In your case, it’s possible that the **connector** for that ribbon cable is broken. If so, you will need to buy a new one and ask someone highly trustworthy—who has a **cell phone technician’s microscope**—to replace it using **micro-soldering**. This video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eToy1NoUY4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eToy1NoUY4) shows it at the **5:06 mark**, but if you can, please watch the entire video. Remember: as long as the motherboard is intact, there is always a way to revive your 3DS.
