Title. I didn't get the Cyber Magician outfit in NG+ and instead got it in NG++. Does this mean I need to get to NG+++ to unlock White Pearl? Is there any other possible way to unlock these NG++ outfits that require unlocking outfits in both NG and NG+?

You need to do NG++++++++ until you get all
You can still get it. You basically just have to open each crate 3 times. So missing it just means you have to do another run to get all 3 outfits unless you use a mod on PC.
You will need to play through the game an additional time
You’ll need to do another playthrough on New Game + to get the outfits you’ve missed.
Happened to me on a few outfits. I had to do a 4th run but I just blitzed through it on story mode
On the downside you’ll need to play through the game another time… on the upside you’ll need to play through the game another time.
You get a ng+++ outfit.
Uninstall the game. You’re cooked
That means another playthrough to add on top of that.
What happened for me is that the outfits I missed on NG+: the chests that had the outfits changed for NG++. If I picked it up from NG+, the a different outfit that I missed was given instead.
