I was wanting to clean my ps4 fan for the first time as it’s starting to over heat and sounds like a plane. Does anyone know what type of screw this is?
That is a torx but PlayStation use a special one. Search on YouTube a tutorial on how to open this special torx without the right equipment

Sony are real dicks for this one, I stripped my old PS4 trying to use the wrong one. I think they use a special torx.

Kobalt has a 100-piece bit set that has a security Torx bit in it. It’s at Lowe’s and is usually around $20. Some people have said it’s a special bit PS uses, so it may or may not work
