      Well I guess it’s time to upgrade my membership. Fire Emblem is one my favorite series and I’ve never had a chance to play this one!

      Are they ever going to let us get rid of the bullshit background on sides and our stupid icon? I don’t understand why it can just be black bars on the sides and call it a day for non widescreen games

      I recently started playing through Fire Emblem GBA today because I was tired of waiting for Path of Radiance! Maybe I should play Donkey Kong next for DK64?

      Is this Japanese NSO only? Or is it just a rolling release? I don’t seem to have it. The game released in North America, so I don’t know why this would be an exclusive.

      EDIT: I had to force an update of the gamecube app. It did not update automatically.

      Oh god, all the games I just bought on sale for Boxing Day are about to get ignored for something that just dropped for free.

      I’ve been wanting to play this a lot, it’s the only console Fire Emblem I haven’t played.

      Holy. Shit. I’ve been wanting to pull the trigger on engage but not wanting to and have been playing one of the Gameboy ones to hold me over. This is a big drop I’m diving in next.

      Oh my word! What a shadow drop! This is going to delay my backlog clearing play through of Octopath Traveller (which I have finally gotten into after a few attempts since 2019 ish…)

      Just hope I can handle the old school strategy permadeath. I am a bit rusty and out of practise.

      This was actually, technically, my first FE game. But back when I was a teenager I didn’t like the permadeath and had no idea about it going in. I tried, but dropped it after a couple missions and traded it into GameStop.

      Always wanted to revisit it.

      Recently got Three Houses, but the text is so small I can barely play it. I’ll try this one out. yes I know about the pressing the home button twice, but that just takes me out of the experience.

      FUCKING FINALLY!!! 😀

      Been struggling to emulate this properly for a while on my deck. It keeps crashing mid battle and i have to rely on save states to save my progress :/ and i’m not shilling out £200 for a used copy on eBay…

      Will gladly pay to upgrade to the expansion tier on NSO for this tonight 🙂 it’s a phenomenal game. A little easy at times compared to the successors due to being the first home console FE, but still a great story with a great cast and fun battles to boot 🙂

      I hope they one day put Wii games on the service too. Just so we can get radiant dawn too and utilise the save carry over features 🙂
