Under window – window is good backlight instead of monitor glare from side window. More space to wheel your chair back or have someone sit behind you without bumping the wall. Anyone passing by the room can see your sreen from behind you, though.
Side wall – Wider is gonna be better for accoustics instead of cramping speakers into corners and easier to fit more/bigger screens. More room for shelf or side table. You can see out of the room in your peripheral better.
I’d go with side wall unless you find you’re backing your chair into the wall a lot, but Im making assumptions from your lack of info. Nice floor though.
