My first thought was Adolf Hitler, because he almost killed Darkseid and was alive for a long time. But even he died in 1940s and Jovi probably arrived in 1990s, what could it be? Or am I missing something? Great thanks!
Edit – Thanks r/youtube I oversaw the fact that Mother Boxes were asleep and Don Ramiez activated it but it didn't call of since Jovi was alive. Then the Evil Verison of Jovi's death scream woke them up again and this time, they called out. Thanks for clarifying.

I dont think his scream could actually be heard across the world. But the motherboxes, as advanced as they are, were able to sense the evil version of Jovi had died in that moment. And the way they portrayed that was through shockwaves, that no one else reacted to except the motherboxes and the angry dominican kid.
