Why can’t we freely adjust logos?

I want to put the logo on the right and supersize it, but you can only put it in the left or middle. Now I gotta accept it, or go into an image editor, add the logo to the right of the image, set that image as the background, then set the logo to an invisible image. Is there an explicit reason as to why we can't freely move them or
