Can’t check cloud saved data

    1. Can’t seem to edit my post but here are some of the this I’ve tried:

      •Swapping wifi networks

      •Restarting modem

      •Restarting PS Portal/PS5

      •Synching my cloud

      •Deleting my save data off of cloud, making progress and then re uploading a complete new save on the cloud

      •Logging out completely of my PS Portal/PS5

      •Hard reset of my portal

      •Attempted to “play the game with new save data” (doesn’t work cause it won’t allow saving)

      •Letting it sit for a day and trying again

      I have no idea what could solve the issue, PS support told me to email GSC but don’t think they can help me with a PlayStation Cloud save data issue. I’ve had no issues with my other games. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have a hard time thinking I’m the only one experiencing this
