Xbox game bar for windows – no options??

I've never run into this issue before and not sure how to solve this? …

When I launch Xbox game bar (either through start or the "Win+G" shortcut) I don't see the usual 4-5 other boxes upon first launch (I.e. "captures", "audio", etc) or the top bar that shows all my apps.

I also *most importantly to me* don't have the usual settings like ways to set my hotkeys etc.

I've tried resetting and also repairing in my windows settings but still not seeing any difference.

Any advice? Thanks!
