Some weeks ago My ps4 minecraft dvd broke, my ps5 doesn’t read it and i cannot play, and I have worlds that are like 8 years old and I don’t want to lose them. If i buy the digital minecraft ps5 and download it can I still play the worlds I had in the ps4 versión?

Yes, you can buy the digital game and then transfer your save to PS5.
