My friend gave this to me years ago, and there are stickers all over the damn thing lol. I can't see the back of it where it says what it is, and I didn't see any sort of 'about this device' in the settings anywhere.
I want to make extra sure because I'm probably going to buy a new one. If it's an XL is there a way to tell if this is the newer model or the older one? How would I be able to tell when looking for one to buy? This one is just slowing down so badly and I'm ready for change lol.

This is a normal 3DS XL. There are a lot of small details, but the easiest two for me to recognize are the power button being round (the regular 3DS has a square power button), and the speakers having 9 holes on each side (the regular 3DS has 5 holes per side).
This is not a New 3DS XL, which has another tiny circle pad above the X button.
