Seller said screen was dirty but this screen definitely doesn’t look any better after cleaned. What would ya’ll do? Is the screen something that I can replace myself or not worth it?

The 2ds is not to difficult to disassemble. Its possible you only need a digitizer. Digitizers are cheap in places like aliexpress.

just replace the top lens that is just stuck on. the screen itself should be fine.
