This is probably going to be like Kinect, Digital Ownership and everything Microsoft does, do something half-assed and quit before the masses catch on.
This strategy would be great if they already released a console that removed the barriers between PC and Console, so the exclusivity you’re buying is comparability with everything.
We will likely see Xbox brand diluted, their next console flop because consumers still want a console and feel there’s no reason getting an Xbox when they can get a PS6 and play everything there.

Why is this even news. How is anyone even shocked by this. Gears and Halo will be on PS. There are no walls. Everything is going to be multi platform.

I’m all for this. I just get more annoyed with the PS fan boys making jokes about Xbox having no games but then Xbox games are the best selling ones on PS 🙄 it’s like you showed them…they’re making even money lol.

That’s fine, I’m not paying for these games on my PS5 but I will be playing them through GPU on my Series X.
Foot the bill to other Sony players & PC players not using GPU.(basically Steam players)

Celebrating its 25th anniversary by giving all of its exclusives to PlayStation is not how I would’ve seen this generation shape out for Xbox.
