So for clarification the whole redeem part goes through as I am greeted with this message. However, no actual points are taken from my balance and I never receive an email regarding the gift card I am currently after. Any help anyone?

Do it on the web or on the console. Doesn’t ever work for me on the app
I’ve got the same issue. It doesn’t take points and it seems to work but nothing actually happens.
Same issue on my phone and ROG Ally handheld. Did it via the website on my laptop and that worked fine.
