i bought a 3ds of ebay, and when it came in the mail and went to test it out, the right shoulder button didn't work. i have this old 2ds i own for parts, but im not sure if 2ds parts can work on the original 3ds. any tips, guides or where i can buy another part? (i think ifixit has some parts for sale, i don't remember)

Get a refund
I had the same problem on my n3dsxl and just ordered a replacement button assembly off Amazon it’s a little more clicky but works fine. take it apart and look for yourself or return
