Was following [this](https://youtu.be/07VSIwxOEXE?si=YE8uVtixAOohOgdU) video on how to take it apart and properly clean and as im putting it back together the screw i circled will not tighten at all. Is it safe to just leave it out or do i need to address it?

As you can see i also do not know how to hyperlink properly on phone and i will not be changing it 🙂

So don’t tighten it then.
Based on the scratches on the panels, especially that they are situated near a screw hole – you used an electric screwdriver, have you not? Probably the reason why a screw hole lost its thread.
I would recommend only to manually unscrew (portable) electronics using a standard screwdriver, while being mindful of the size and type of screws it has. This way we can feel how much force or pressure to apply when doing the job.
