My New Nintendo 3DS sometimes doesn’t respond to some buttons, but most of the time it works normally. I don’t know how to fix it because the buttons usually work, but sometimes they don’t respond. Also, when I’m in the menu, the cursor goes crazy and I can’t open any application, and the touchscreen also doesn’t respond properly at that time.

Is it stock firmware or modded?
If modded, did you recently add anything?
When was the last time it was working correctly?
When are the times that it does work?
When was the last time you rebooted?
I think it is an issue with a cable. Mine does that sometimes and the research I’ve done seems to point to a cable issue.
