I know the best option would be replace it but i dont know how to install and im worried i would make some damage, also the circlepad actually works perfectly, it s just too much uncomfortable the right side
to replace is not just the best but your only option. get a replacement and install it.

Easy replacement. But if you dont want to replace yourseld. I bought some Rubber Grip stick ons for my Steamdeck thumbsticks and im sure they’d fit on top of the circle pad too.
