is it possible for me to return a game after it’s already been bought? It’s been longer than two weeks because I’m currently trying to return a DBH because it’s an I can’t play it on my computer with the type of computer I have and it’s the first time I’ve played it so I don’t know. I don’t know how to return it and it saying like I’ll send a photo of what saying, but I don’t know what to do.

      If you are asking how to refund a game, click help at the top left, click support then select the game.

      steam support is great, sometimes they do curtesy refunds even if you’re outside the return window. doesn’t hurt to try! :))

    3. I’ve refunded games outside the refund window because of issues getting it to run.

      If you don’t have a history of abusing the refund feature (that is: treating the storefront as a game rental store), they’ll honour the request.

    4. You could also try to update your GPU drivers and try game again, I had very similar message from War Thunder last week and I have RTX 4070, and played over 1000h before so I knew it was bullshit, fixed it by updating drivers. Not saying it’s necessarily same to you, but costs nothing to try…if not, just contact Steam support via Steam client (Reddit ain’t it) and explain them the situation and hope for the best!
