Layoffs are a leadership issue. And yet leadership almost never experiences any consequences for layoffs. I hope all of those people land on their feet. The job market sucks across the board right now. I know way too many hard working, talented people who have been out of work for months without so much as a second interview to show for it. Shit’s broken.
