One of the worst changes Sony ever made. Mostly for in-game UI purposes honestly, I always clicked off of the color first instead of recognizing the shape.

You could’ve kept the back of the buttons white and still made the symbols colored. Wouldn’t have hurt the aesthetic at all.

I wouldn’t day outright awful but definitely bad. The colors help further identify buttons so that you know for sure what button needs to be pressed. It just helps with the muscle memory.

I’ve had every generation since the first and just now noticed that the buttons on the DualSense don’t have color. With my muscle memory, I don’t care at all, but if I were just getting into gaming, it might be a little annoying.

    6. I’m tired of everything being white or black with an accent color. Bring back atomic purple consoles

    7. Nah, dual sense buttons remind me of the PSP, my favorite Sony console. They look modern but frutiger enough with the clear plastic
