After thinking it over for a while, I decided to take the risk of ordering from Japan to LATAM. It arrived in incredible condition; the buttons were a bit sticky, but nothing a little rubbing alcohol couldn't fix. The real surprise came when I checked the status with 3dsident and it turned out to be dual IPS.
