You could also just, yknow, use your brain and realize that there’s about a dozen things insanely fishy about a 3DS XL Galaxy with an asking price of just $55 that’s been up for 5 days, when people are asking $200 for ones with cracked screens that aren’t exclusive editions. Always good to look at how long something has been up and ask “why might that be?”

    2. Howd the scam work? You paid him and he never sent? Or he asked to meet but get some gas money first? Let us know.

Im in LA and had someone try to scam. It was a SNES new 3ds xl listing for maybe 200-250 but this was a year or more ago. So it wasnt a crazy ridiculous deal. Anyway I asked to meet and he asked for a deposit. I told him to eat ass. Checked ebay and of course the same images showed up that he posted. Loser ass behavior.

Best way to avoid scams is to google image search the pictures in the listing and check if the seller has any other listings/reviews

    5. Two different scammers right now on OfferUp in the socal area, this guy and someone named Raul. I reported the Raul account.
