Visited Mii lobby today on my brother's old 3ds and I found this Mii. It has yellow pants that sparkle when moving. What does this mean? Is that some kinda rare Mii or something?1

Masuda’s Mii has golden trousers, which are reserved for special guests. His Mii will be available until October 22, 2017.”
