It’s a multiplayer mod for GTA V. It allows the game to be changed in such ways that it’s easier to roleplay in them. Like, customised and dedicated servers specifically for roleplaying something and what not. I’m not too familiar on it, so maybe someone who actually played it can give some more insight

Once you download and boot the FiveM launcher it gets added to your steam library
