Everyone thank Sam Altman (the ceo of Open AI) for putting everyone including Valve into this position. I appreciate the transparency from Valve though specifically mentioning component pricing/shortages rather than just saying “market conditions” like every other company. Hopefully they’ll manage to get the products out in time and at a reasonable price.

Does that mean I have to add non-steam ganes to my library to get them to work with the controller or???

I am frothing at the mouth for the steam frame. my budget is 1.5k since i saved money since its was announced. If its under 800 i’ll look into the steam controller too since i like the steam deck a lot.

Man I was hoping the Steam Machine would be the more affordable PC like console experience, but the price is gonna be even higher than we thought now.
I can’t imagine what Xbox’s new “premium” PC/Console hybrid will cost.
