so i bought this Japanese 3ds in December. I created an NNID that was forced to be Japanese. When I got this thing hacked i couldn’t login to the Japanese account because apparently the account needs to be the same region as the console. I don’t want to factory reset it. Is there a way to remove the account and make a new one. Also, because this is region locked, I cant change the device region to Japan again.

Make sure you have a NAND Backup of the console before following the steps above.
And by the way, you can absolutely change your region again, by following the same steps used when you went from JP to USA firmware.
