added a light so you can see how scratched it is lol, but I bought this last year and didn't fully notice the scratches on the touch screen. I just sucked it up, and was fine with it, until I realized it might have a screen protector on it? I'm not sure since there's barely any gaps on the side of the screen, but I haven't seen anyone else's 3ds look THIS scratched. so I'm just wondering if anyone can tell, is there a screen protector on it? this might be a dumb question, sorry about that

Looks like a screen protector to me. You can see it along the bottom of the pic and right side especially. Just stick your fingernail under there and pick it off
