Why can't I find this stand for the regular 3DS? I'd like to try it for a different grip since the old 3DS seems too small and uncomfortable for my big hands.

Outside of 3D printing, I don’t think I’ve seen any grips of that kind being sold for the OG 3DS.
However, I personally use the [Circle Pad Pro](https://nintendo3ds.fandom.com/wiki/Circle_Pad_Pro) and the [Mario Kart Steering Wheel](https://www.amazon.com/Mario-steering-wheel-Nintendo-3DS-Japan/dp/B005XI5IB0) as grips for my 3DS and both are surprisingly comfortable.
